Booth Pricing & Options Booth Services: Each booth will be provided with show-colored carpet and a pipe and drape system. AOA will also provide a free listing in our Trade Show Buyer s Guide which is handed out to each attendee of the show. Additional items, such as tables, chairs, electricity, etc. are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Rentals are available through the show decorating company. Exhibitor Move In / Move Out: Exhibitor move-in is permitted between 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23rd 2017, or 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24th 2017.
