Hotel Eden, Rome, Italy A valuation to RICS Red Book standards for this 5* deluxe hotel in Rome. Pluspoint, Schiphol, Amsterdam Assisted The Vincent Hotel Group/Dutch Hotel Partners in a 25 year lease of this former office building and conversion into a 112-room Holiday Inn Express. DORMERO Hotel, Frankfurt, Germany Procured the tenant and mediated the negotiations between both parties for this brand new hotel. Ghotel, Würzburg, Germany Helped with the entire development process of the hotel, including finding a creditworthy tenant and procuring finance. This property is currently under construction. Acom Hotel, Hamburg, Germany Supported the owner in finding a tenant for this newly built 258-room hotel. Fota Island Resort, Cork, Republic of Ireland This offering comprises a 5* 131-bedroom hotel, luxury leisure centre and spa, three championship golf courses, a world renowned golf academy and 120 brick built deluxe holiday lodges.
