Let s eat. Soon you can start your day with a short bike ride to STANLEY MARKETPLACE, the renovated Stanley Aviation building. This vibrant, foodcentric marketplace will be perfect for foodies, or people who just like to eat. That s okay, there are plenty of lunch and dinner choices too. Morning walks get a lot more interesting on the SAND CREEK REGIONAL GREENWAY. Take a stroll through this 14-mile section of Metro Denver s extensive trail network connecting the South Platte River to the west, High Line Canal to the east and Stapleton s Westerly Creek. Along the way, it winds through woodlands and breathtaking open space, past historic landmarks and wildlife. Want to keep feeding your love of nature? Stop by the NATURE CENTER. This unique 123-acre urban wildlife refuge provides meandering trails, trees, a lake and nature center, and plenty of indoor and outdoor learning opportunities. And keep your eyes peeled because local wildlife, from great horned owls to coyotes and deer, like to call this area home. Let s play. If you d rather enjoy the great indoors, you can train and swim at the state-ofthe-art CENTRAL PARK REC CENTER. Weights and cardio equipment, a lap pool, basketball courts, aerobics studio, spin bike room and more will help you increase your heart rate and decrease stress. And you can bring the whole family. Kids will love the pool with a lazy river (of course, we ve seen more than a few adults enjoying it as well). And parents will appreciate the childcare area. And soon you will have another rec center nearby. The Moorhead Rec Center in Aurora is currently being rennovated. Let s shop. The EASTBRIDGE TOWN CENTER will be a mix of dining and shopping anchored by a King Soopers for bigbox convenience. It will be easy to cook when you have a grocery store right in the neighborhood. but if you decide to let someone else do dinner duty for the night, there will be plenty of local restaurant options right in the Town Center. Eat. Explore. Play. Learn. (Or all of the above.) EASTBRIDGE TOWN CENTER Let s take care of ourselves. With advanced medical centers, classes and more, the 578-acre FITZSIMONS MEDICAL CAMPUS is perfect for whether you need to see a doctor, or want to become one. The campus, which is home to The Anschutz Medical Campus and the Fitzsimons Life Science District, is within minutes of the neighborhood, too. Which is something we feel really good about. Let s let kids be kids. K-5 students who live within the Aurora boundaries of the Bluff Lake neighborhood will attend AURORA PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
