Student-Athlete Complimentary Admissions Football Player comp admissions will be distributed in accordance with NCAA Bylaw 16.2.1. The Athletic Ticket Office will oversee and audit all complimentary ticket requests and issuance. Hard tickets will not be issued; guests of student-athletes will be permitted through a complimentary ticket gate on game day only. Student athletes may give their tickets to the guests of other players, however, only the student-athlete who is giving the complimentary tickets may add or change the names of his recipients. Home Games Each individual on the team roster (designated by the coaching staff) will be provided with four (4) complimentary admissions. Away Games Each player on the travel squad list (designated by the coaching staff) will be provided with three (3) complimentary admissions. The Athletic Ticket Office will coordinate, with the Director of Football Operations, a time for student-athletes to designate their complimentary ticket recipients. This time will be coordinated around a mandatory team meeting, meal, or event at least 3 days prior to the game. The appointed Ticket Office staff member in charge of player sign-up will be present at the sign up time with the appropriate forms (see appendix) to be filled out by the student-athletes. The staff member will oversee all sign up; verifying student-athletes adhere to all NCAA and Athletic Department policy. Any additions or changes after the initial sign up time must be coordinated directly with the appointed Ticket Office staff member. Late requests and changes will only be accepted by the student-athlete and will not be guaranteed. Locations may be sacrificed to accommodate any additions or changes after the initial signup period. See Department Compliance Manual for additional information. Procedure At the beginning of the season the Director of Football Operations will provide the Ticket Office with a team roster designating who will be eligible for home game complimentary admissions. A separate travel party list will be provided, once determined and will be updated as the season progresses. The Director of Football Operations will also keep the ticket office informed of any changes with respect to any additional student-athlete benefits. Following the sign up period the Ticket Office will enter the information into a computer database and collate data. A label will be created that indicates; the game, the game date, the recipients name, who gave them the ticket, and whom the hosts name. The labels will be affixed to an admission card and a ticket will be attached based on who the recipient is a guest of. This will allow the ticket office to sit all the guests of a particular student athlete together. The ticket will be attached to the admission card by the audit stub to allow for proper record retention and stubbed ticket issuance. Once tickets are attached the admission cards will be filed in alphabetical order by recipient name.

On game day for home events, tickets can be picked up at the complimentary admissions entrance, located at Gate A. The guest must present valid ID and sign the admission card next to their name. The ticket office staff member on duty will issue them a ticket stub with the seat location on it. The other end of this ticket will be kept for auditing. Away: On game day for away events, tickets can be picked up at the complimentary admissions entrance. The guest must present valid ID and sign the form sign next to their name. The ticket office staff member on duty will issue them a ticket stub with the seat location on it. The other end of this ticket will be kept for auditing. Following the game the appointed Ticket Office staff member will reconcile all complimentary ticket use. Tickets printed will match the sum of the deadwood and the picked up tickets. All picked up tickets must have the audit stub. After reconciliation these records will be stored in compliance with the Ticket Office records retention policy. Student-Athlete Complimentary Admissions Basketball Player comp admissions will be distributed in accordance with NCAA Bylaw 16.2.1. The Athletic Ticket Office will oversee and audit all complimentary ticket requests and issuance. Hard tickets will not be issued; guests of student athletes will be permitted through a complimentary ticket gate on game day only. Student-athletes may give their tickets to the guests of other players, only the student-athlete who is giving the complimentary tickets may add or change the names of his recipients. Home Games Each eligible team member (designated by the coaching staff) will be provided with four (4) complimentary admissions. Away Games Each player that makes the travel squad (designated by the coaching staff) will be provided with three (3) complimentary admissions. Procedure At the beginning of the season, an Administrative Assistant from the Basketball Program will pick up a supply of complimentary admission cards to last for all home games. It is the Administrative Assistant s duty to get the names of the student athletes guests and have the student athlete to sign the back of the complimentary admission card verifying that they understand the MU and NCAA policy. The Administrative Assistant will deliver the cards to the Ticket Office the day of the event. The tickets will then be stapled to the back of the card by the audit stub to allow for proper record retention and stubbed ticket issuance. Once the tickets are attached to the back of the cards, they will be filed in alphabetical order by the player s last name. On game day for home events, tickets can be picked up at the complimentary admissions table located on the E level of the Cam Henderson Center, 3rd Avenue side. The guest must present valid ID and sign the form next to their name. The ticket office

All picked up tickets must have the audit stub. After reconciliation, these records will be stored in compliance with the Ticket Office record retention policy. Away: The ticket office will provide a pass list (noting columns for the players/coaches name, guests, and signature) and a list of the complimentary ticket locations to the Assistant Coach in charge of handling the complimentary admissions. The Ticket Office will give the complimentary tickets to the administrative assistant traveling with the team. The Assistant Coach will coordinate and supervise complimentary ticket sign up with the student-athletes. All student-athlete and coaching staff guests must be documented on the pass list. It is the coach s responsibility to account for all 60 complimentary tickets regardless of whom they are for or whom they are from. The Assistant Coach will then give the pass list to the Administrative Assistant, who will then give the list and tickets to the host institution Ticket Office for distribution. All complimentary tickets must be distributed in agreement with NCAA rules and regulations. Once the event is completed, the visiting site ticket manager will mail all ticket stubs, deadwood, and the pass list (complete with signatures) to the Ticket Office, as stated in the upper right corner on the first page of the pass list. Once the Ticket Office receives the above mentioned ticket records, the appointed Ticket Office staff member will reconcile all complimentary ticket use.
