Registration The registration fee is your admission to the convention. Registrants will receive an official name badge that must be worn to gain admittance to the convention exhibit hall, official events, and to ride the shuttle buses. REGISTRATION FEES Booking Amount Rs. 30,000/- by Demand Draft in favor of SHAAN WORLD TRAVELS payable at NEW DELHI Booking will be on rst cum rst serve basis. At the time of booking please provide your club name, club number, your membership number and district number and your position in LCI record, so that proper registration can be done. In case Visa is denied or even VISA is not applied Rs. 7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) will be deducted from booking amount and balance will be refunded. Shaan World Travels acts in its capacity as agent for and on behalf of passengers and cannot be held responsible for acts of commission of other parties. Shaan World Travels is not responsible for the circumstances arising out of natural calamities, airlines ight delay, strikes, breakdown of facility abroad, accidents etc. however caused. Any additional cost arising out of the above will have to be borne by the passengers. 7. Passengers are advised to keep their passport, tickets and foreign currency and baggages safely.
