Where do I find an Adapter? We offer several different adapters and chargers at the reception. a Bathrobe? You will find your personal bathrobe in your wardrobe feel free to use it for a day in the Spa of our partner hotel Gockelwirt just a short drive away. You need a new or an additional bathrobe? No problem just let us know! You can t live without your Hopferau Castle bathrobe anymore? No problem either, for a small token of 40,00 you can purchase our bathrobes at the reception. a Bar? Our cozy Knight s Bar invites you for drinks and to conclude the evening. Breakfast? For your good start into the day, we offer our extensive breakfast buffet daily from 7:00am to 11:00am. Your day starts earlier? No problem just ask us for solutions! a Cash Machine? Keep on mind that we are in a very rural region and not everyone accepts credit cards. We offer a safe, dry, secure and complimentary garage for your (motor)bike just ask the reception and we take care of everything else. For smaller repair works, we offer a toolbox and for your adventure trips into the Allgäu region we offer an extensive list of route recommendations at the reception. a local Guest Card? We are happy to issue your Hopferau Guest Card the city of Hopferau raises a tourism tax of 1,00 per adult and night. Children from age 6-16 pay 0,50 per day and child. We automatically charge this amount to your invoice.

No problem - We offer a selection of pillows at the reception, including anti-allergic pillows, swiss pine pillows, spelt pillows, millet pillows and several neck rolls.

In case of a loss, we cannot be held responsible for the liability of your valuables. But safety is closer than you might think we would be happy to store your valuables in the hotel safe at the reception. a Sauna, Whirlpool or Spa? What would a journey to the Allgäu region be without relaxation? We do not have a Spa, but we offer attractive alternatives! We organized complimentary access to the Spa of our partner hotel Gockelwirt just a few minutes away. Challenging times for smokers Due to our history, we are a smoke free hotel. However, we offer smoker shelters in front of the castle or at the back door. Open fire and smoking in the hotel is prohibited. In case of noncompliance and resulting fire run, we are forced to pass on occurring charges to you. In case we need to deep clean the room for later guests, we charge a fee of 200,00. an additional stool for my bathroom? An additional stool is available just ask at the reception. Toiletries? In your bathroom, we provide soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, cotton rounds and many more articles. And those things you might still miss are available at the reception. the local Tourist Information? The local tourist information is located in the village center we are more than happy to describe how to get there. a Train Station? The train station of Weizern Hopferau is just steps away in the direction of Seeg/Eisenberg and offers good connections to Munich or the entire Allgäu region. We are happy to offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station. Please keep on mind that your KönigsCard allows you to use public transportation complimentary. The next bus stop is located at the local cemetery no need to be scared though an Umbrella? Rain is destroying your plans? Calm down, umbrellas are available at the reception (as well as recommendations for indoor activities). a Wireless Internet Access? We offer complimentary internet access throughout the castle and gardens. If you did not receive the access code yet, just ask at the reception. Anything else I should know? YES Check In & Check Out: We guarantee your room to be ready for check in from 3:00pm. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00am, in case we weren t able to convince you to stay Storage space for your luggage is available at the reception. Bedding/Linen: We change your bed linens every three days. If you prefer a daily change, just let us know. And if you are allergic no problem either. We have lots of different beddings to choose from. an additional Blanket: We took the liberty of placing an extra blanket in your wardrobe just in case you need to cuddle. Still not happy please ask us further blankets, duvets or whatever you desire. Castle Tours: Ready for some history? We are very proud of our little castle you will notice that on one of the castle tours at the latest. We are happy to show you around whenever you like. Emergency Calls: Please dial (0)112 in case of an emergency! Remember to be ready to answer the W questions and remain calm!!! Emergency Services: In case of an emergency or if you don t feel well, please call 20 for the reception or 116 117 for emergency services. Further information on emergency services is available at the reception. Entrance Door: Late in the evening, when Irmhild, our castle ghost is on duty, we close the entrance door for your safety. However, with your room key you can open the back door in the glass annex 24/7! Escape Route: Escape plans are provided in every room, even though you wouldn t get lost in our small castle anyway. We are happy to issue your invoice on the evening prior to your departure or upon your call. Housekeeping: We clean your room, change towels from the floor and empty your dustbin daily. If you do not want that, just place the DND sign at your door.
Internet PC for your room: You are holding your presentation tomorrow but didn t bring your PC? We are happy to help the reception offers a laptop for your room. Ironing Service: If you require an ironing service, we are happy to help within 1 hour for a small surcharge. Just drop your laundry at the reception with instructions and we ll return everything on the same day. If you prefer to iron personally, just ask for an iron and ironing board at the reception. Laundry Service: There is a laundry bag in your wardrobe. If you bring us your laundry until 9:00am, we will return it clean and nice smelling within 9 hours, tariff sheets are available at the reception. Same day dry cleaning is available. Light Switches: In our floors as well as in your bathrooms, lights are controlled by motion detectors. Reception: We are there for you!!! Please never hesitate to contact our human control center at your convenience for everything you desire. Office hours are daily 7:00am to 11:00pm, afterwards you can reach us via the main number. Room Key: Your room key opens the backdoor in the glass annex. Feel free to deposit your key at the reception during daytime but make sure that you take your key with you when returning after 11:00pm. Otherwise only Irmhild can help On your departure day, please do not leave the key in your room but return it to the reception. Shower anti-slip mat For your safety in your shower, please ask us for a shower anti-slip mat. Shuttle Service: The next train station is Weizern Hopferau. With pleasure, we offer a complimentary shuttle service. Smoke Detectors: Our hotel rooms and hallways are equipped with smoke detectors. Good for most of you bad for smokers! Additionally we provide blue in house alarm buttons. In case of an emergency signal, please dial 20. Telephone: Internal calls are complimentary and for external calls we charge 0,30 per unit.
