CHINESE HEALTH QIGONG ASSOCIATION VISIT TO THE UK MAY-JUNE 2016 The CHQA sent 6 of their top coaches to Britain this summer. The delegation leader Mrs Gao Lanjie (The Director of the Foreign Exchange Committee of CHQA & Director of IHQF Secretariat), Master Mei Mo Sheng and Professor Wang stayed and worked in collaboration with us for the first part of their visit to the UK. We were lucky to have again the dedicated services of Prof Wang Yan for HQFUK members/practitioners. There was a busy schedule with seminars, classes, Duan Way examinations, travelling across the country, and also formally opening two new branches Cambridge and Norwich. The delegation s visit was also to assess London s bid and viability to host the 2017 World Health Qigong Exchange & Tournament & Health Qigong Scientific Symposium. The delegation and senior members of HQFUK met with representatives at London and Partners ( The Mayor Of London s partner organisation for event organising in the City) - early feedback from Mrs Gao Lanjie was positive and that London is a serious contender with many advantages.
