ACHIEVING THE TRIP POINTS The Incentive Trip contest rewards individuals who excel at Sponsorship and Sales as well as Consultants who become Leaders during the contest period. To qualify for your place on the trip to Singapore, you need to ensure that you are one of PartyLite s top achievers during the contest period. The Trip contest period is from August 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016. The more Sales you achieve and new Consultants you sponsor during the contest period, the more Trip Points you ll have banked towards this wonderful trip to Singapore and NEW this year, you can earn a room upgrade by sponsoring more new Consultants! See the Upgrade Programme section for full details. All participants need to achieve 3 basic requirements during the Trip Contest: Be personally active* each month from August 2015 to February 2016 inclusive Personally Sponsor a minimum of 4 qualified* new Consultants Achieve a minimum of 33,000 Trip Points HERE S HOW YOU CAN ACCUMULATE POINTS TOWARDS RESERVING YOUR PLACE: EXPLORE SINGAPORE WITH A FRIEND! Be personally active* each month to receive sales points. Consultants and Leaders may also earn a trip for one adult guest by achieving a minimum of 66,000 trip points in addition to the basic sponsoring and activity requirements. 1. Monthly Compensatable Sales (November 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016 inclusive) Every $1 in personal Compensatable Sales = 1 point 2. Sponsoring (August 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016) All personally sponsored qualified* Consultants = 2,500 points each Personally Sponsor a minimum of 4 qualified* new Consultants. Important note: New Consultants sponsored in February 2016 must be qualified* by February 29, 2016. All new Consultant Agreements and Starter Parties must be received and accepted at Head Office by February 29, 2016. 3. Leadership (Promotions effective September 1, 2015 to March 1, 2016) Become a new Unit Leader = 5,000 points New Leaders will retain Leadership points for becoming a new Unit Leader, provided the new Unit Leader (from the date of promoting-out) maintains an Active Unit* from the month of promoting out to February 2016 inclusive. 4. Bonus Points - Sales or Sponsoring Bonus points may be offered from time to time during the contest period, for example Bonus Points for Sponsoring below. Please refer to your monthly promotions included with Reflections magazine. Sponsoring bonus points: Sponsor a minimum of 3 new qualified* Consultants from July 1 to December 31, 2015 to earn 3,000 bonus trip points to add to your tally! July Sponsoring Bonus Points: New Consultants sponsored in July who qualify in their first business month count towards the Sponsoring criterion. RVPs and SRVPs achieving the trip are automatically entitled to bring a guest FREE, provided they have the proper RVP or SRVP structure* as per the Profit Programme by March 1, 2016.
