You re Invited Cruise in Alaska with Byron King, Editor of Agora Financials Outstanding Investments and Energy & Scarcity Investor Aboard the Sapphire Princess July 28-August 4, 2012 Plus A Private Land Tour to Denali August 4-8, 2012 Dear Traveler, We have a treat planned for just after our Agora Financial Investment Symposium comes to a close this summer in Vancouver and I d like to extend to you here a special invitation Please join me and Byron King, Editor of Agora Financials Outstanding Investments, and Energy & Scarcity Investor on a luxury voyage through breathtaking Alaska. This pleasure cruise is guaranteed to feature first-class pampering, luxury accommodation, and majestic views. Plus Byron will be on hand to share his expertise during an informal, educational meeting on how to profit from scarcity a timely topic given the growing shortage of energy and precious metals in our world. Our Alaska excursion departs Saturday, July 28 and runs through Saturday, August 4 th. Expect a haven of stunning scenery, from glacial waterfalls and rainforests to spectacular wildlife such as Humpback whales, bald eagles, and wild bears. We ll sail for seven nights on the Sapphire Princess, a Grand-class style of vessel with the perfect blend of cruise tradition and contemporary innovation. Equipped with more than 700 private balconies, the Sapphire ensures you ll have ample access to the jaw-dropping sights. When you re ready to head indoors, you can lounge in comfort. The Internet café occupies a bright, light-filled space with windows fronting on the promenade, and the coffee bar is decked out with cushy, comfortable seating. Alternately, you can unwind in the cigar bar or steal up the hidden, circular staircase to the ultra-private Wake View Bar. You might even sip iced cucumber water before a spa treatment, or take in a lavish show at the main theater. And when you re ready for a five-star meal, you ll find all four separate dining rooms to be both intimate and welcoming. Our journey begins with a lazy day at sea, where we have an exclusive, complimentary meeting planned with Byron, a Harvard-trained geologist. He is the editor of Energy & Scarcity Investor and an expert on green energy development and precious metal development. He has agreed to share his expertise on how to turn impending crises into unprecedented profit opportunities. Byron is privy to extraordinary investment opportunities he ll share with you. You re bound to enjoy this true perspective on how to make profitable investments in the mining industry and other industries that keep the world running but whose resources become scarcer by the day. In a relaxed setting, Byron will explain how to take advantage of companies on the cutting edge of resource development. He ll cover everything from mining operations that pull raw materials from remote locales to innovative tech companies that stretch energy supplies as far as possible. Most importantly, Byron will discuss opportunities beyond simple strategy, all while we leisurely glide through the glacial waters of Alaska. Following Byron s presentation, we ll sail to six of the most stunning ports of call Alaska has to offer. Day two finds us in Ketchikan, where the air is fresh and

crisp coming off the surrounding trees. Nestled between ocean and mountains, Ketchikan houses the world's largest collection of standing totem poles. You ll have time to traipse out on one of the many trails that wind through the temperate rainforest. You may even spot Sitka black-tail deer. Or, stick to the coast and comb the beach for driftwood while you scan the horizon for whales. On Day Three we ll arrive in Juneau, reputed to have the most wonderful system of trails in the world. Within a short walk or ride of downtown you can be scaling peaks, rock climbing, overlooking glaciers, hunting, biking, or fishing. Day Four takes us to Skagway, where the city s history and spectacular natural setting combine to create unparalleled sightseeing and recreation opportunities, from the Gold Rush Cemetery to summer glacier dog sledding. The next day, we ll arrive in Glacier Bay, where tidewater glaciers, ocean coastlines, and snowcapped mountain ranges converge to create one of Alaska s most scenic gems. Following that, we ll head to College fjord where we ll see glaciers up to 225 feet high and 1½ miles wide. No place else can you enjoy such a density of tidal glaciers. We ll watch as the giants of College fjord calve tons of ice into the sound, and we may even spot some sea otters as they lounge with their babies on the large ice rafts. On our final day aboard the Sapphire, we ll arrive in Anchorage, considered Alaska s biggest village. It s a place where the halibut dishes and local beer are something to rave about, and where you can take in the breathtaking views along Turnagain Arm or climb 2,300 feet above sea level on the Mt. Alyeska Tram. This relaxing, follow-on tour of Alaska is the perfect complement to the fast-paced, information-packed Agora Financial Investment Symposium. And, Join Us After The Cruise For a wonderful private tour of the Land visiting Anchorage, Talkeetna, Denali National Park and Fairbanks August 4-8, 2012 We have arranged a wonderful tour of the land, specifically for our group only directly after the cruise seeing some of nature s best August 4, 2012 After disembarking The Sapphire Princes, we will meet our tour guide and motor coach at the front of the cruise terminal. After our luggage is loaded onto the motor coach, we will depart Whittier via the Anton Anderson Tunnel, unique in that it accommodates traffic in one direction at a time and is shared with the Alaska Railroad. As we exit the tunnel, we will have views of the Portage Glacier. Soon, the road will junction with the Seward Highway, a National Scenic By-Way. To the right side of the highway will be the Chugach Range of mountains. Often mountain goats are seen just above the highway. At the junction with the Seward Highway we head for the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. The Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving Alaska's wildlife through public education. They take in injured and orphaned animals year-round and provide spacious enclosures and quality care for them. Animals that cannot be re-released into the wild are given a permanent home at the center. Amateur photographers will have the opportunity to take award winning photographs while animals display their natural, "wild", behavior. Coyotes peer out from behind the brush while a bald eagles swoop in on the salmon remains left by the grizzly bears. Wood Bison plod through 65-acres of tidal flat terrain, as part of a program that will one day restore the species to the Alaskan wilderness. We will have a tour at the center and spend about an hour or so at the facility. We will then depart for Girdwood, about nine miles towards Anchorage. In Girdwood, we will take a tram ride to Glacier Express Restaurant on Mt. Alyeska for lunch. There will be time for some optional activities while here like a Gold Mine Tour and panning for gold at Crow Creek Mine and a Glacier Dog Sled Tour by Helicopter. This Alaskan adventure is hard to top! You can take this exciting opportunity to learn about the dedicated dog sled teams of the Alaskan Huskies and enjoy a spectacular helicopter ride into the majestic Chugach Mountains and onto Punch Bowl Glacier, 3200 feet above sea level. It is a giant snowfield consisting of 700ft of snow on top of 500ft of ice. Learn how the dogs are bred. Relax and enjoy the view as you ride on the sled around the glacier enjoying the scenic peaks and valleys surrounding you, see how the dogs are trained to pull the sled, and how they have this everlasting endurance, how they possess an inherent drive to run, and if you pull on the brakes it s still hard to hold them back.

After we finish here, we will head for Anchorage arriving in Alaska s largest city. We ll overnight at the Clarion Suites in downtown Anchorage (breakfast included). August 5, 2012 Today, we will meet at 8:00AM and head for Talkeetna. We ll depart Anchorage via the Glenn Highway into the Alaska s major agricultural area, the Matanuska Valley. As we near Talkeetna, we ll have stunning views of Mt. McKinley. Talkeetna is a beautiful little town at the convergent point of three rivers, the Talkeetna, the Chulitna and the Susitna. Talkeetna is a Native American word meaning, "where the rivers meet." Originally the site of a Tanaina village, Talkeetna was established as a mining town and trading post in 1896, before either Wasilla or Anchorage existed. A gold rush to the Susitna River brought prospectors to the area, and by 1910, Talkeetna became a riverboat steamer station. In 1915, Talkeetna was chosen as the site for the Alaska Engineering Commission, who would build the Alaska Railroad, and the community peaked near 1,000. World War I and completion of the railroad in 1919 dramatically decreased the population. Several of its old log buildings are historical landmarks, and Talkeetna was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in April, 1993. During 1998, the community petitioned the Local Boundary Commission for incorporation as a home rule city. Tonight, we will overnight at Talkeetna Lodge. Optional tour in Talkeetna While in Talkeetna, we have the option to do something such as the Mahays Wilderness Jet Boat Trip. Your exciting trip will begin aboard the fifty-one passenger "Talkeetna Queen" as it whisks you into the heart of the wilderness in comfort. This is the most technologically advanced river jet-boat in Alaska designed to safely navigate rivers that were previously inaccessible. It is glassdomed and environmentally controlled. Upon arriving at our safari sight, we will take a 1/4 mile leisurely nature walk where we will see a Dena'ina Indian Encampment. We will visit an authentic trapper s cabin with its original furnishings and view how trappers lived in "Bush" Alaska at the turn of the century. Naturalists will acquaint us with the wildflowers and plants that grow in abundance along the river system and we will learn about the edible plants that were used by the Native Indians for cooking and medicines. As we travel the ten miles of river, we will have opportunities to view nesting bald eagles, beaver activity, and moose and we just may see a black bear and grizzly bear roaming the shore. August 6, 2012 This morning we ll transfer to the Alaska Railroad depot in Talkeetna and board the McKinley Explorer luxury Dome railcar for the trip to Denali National Park for our 11:20AM departure (arriving in Denali at 3:45PM). From Talkeetna onward towards Denali, we will have closer views of Mt. McKinley. Tonight we ll enjoy the Cabin Night Dinner Show. The Cabin Night at the McKinley Chalet resort is a wilderness banquet and fun-filled evening of rousing entertainment. Enjoy an all-you-can-eat meal of salmon, ribs and trimmings served family style in an authentic log cabin. Dinner is followed by 45 minutes of tales, singing and dancing. August 7, 2012 We will do the Tundra Wilderness Tour today (a seven hour Wilderness tour). Our departure may be as early at 5:30AM. We ll spend a day and travel some 60 miles into the wilderness of Denali National Park and the heart of bear country. If the weather cooperates, you ll see Mount McKinley up close. Watch for moose between headquarters and Savage Campground. Look for caribou anywhere above tree line. The tip of Mount McKinley first comes into view at mile nine. We'll ride over high mountain passes and usually see Dall sheep on the mountainsides (and hopefully bears).

A high point literally and figuratively is the drive over Polychrome Pass, which offers a grand view of the Plains of Murie, stretching to the Alaska Range on the horizon. The colors of the mountains seem to change depending on light and time of day. Just on the other side of Polychrome Pass is the Toklat River and Toklat Bridge. Watch for bears ambling along the tundra or riverbeds and for Mount McKinley, which will be in and out of view the rest of the trip. The bus goes over Highway Pass and stops at Stony Hill Overlook at Mile 62. There, Mount McKinley looms only 36 miles away a perfect photo opportunity weather permitting. Then you ll turn around and return to our pick up location. Optional tour in Denali Whitewater River Rafting on the Nenana River. Hang on! It's whitewater ahead! You'll get wet and enjoy every minute of it as we head for Healy, 11 miles downriver. Get into real whitewater rafting as you hang on through thrilling rapids such as "Cable Car", "Coffee Grinder", and "Ice Worm"! Class III & one Class IV rapids. August 8, 2012 Today is free until time to head to the rail depot for your luxury dome rail trip to Fairbanks. We ll depart at 3:55PM and arrive into Fairbanks at 8:00PM. Here your trip comes to an end with a transfer from the rail depot to the airport and your flight home. Or, you can stay as long as you like in Fairbanks and we can arrange your accommodations. Optional Fairbanks hotel night for those who want a little more time in Alaska s Interior. Per Person Tour Fares (August 4-8, 2012) Double Occupancy - $1,399 + $99 tax 3 rd /4 th per person - $974 + $76 tax Quad occupancy room Single Supplement - $785 + $72 tax Optional tour rates per person Crow Creek Mine $59 + $4 tax Glacier Dog Sled Tour by Helicopter $479 + $10 tax Mahay s Wilderness Jet Boat Adventure $70 + $4 tax Denali Whitewater River Rafting $90 + $3 tax Add on Fairbanks Hotel night $125 + $15 tax (River s Edge Resort) Tour Includes: One Lunch; one dinner; driver and guide; baggage handling; admission to AWCC; Tundra Wilderness Tour in Denali w/ box snack & park fees; Luxury dome rail (2 rail segments); transfers as required; detailed itinerary; all taxes and four hotel nights.
