BRUSSELS The Grand Place It is the central square of Brussels. The square is the most important tourist destination and most memorable landmark in Brussels. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Manneken-Pis The Manneken-Pis, which means «the pissing kid», is a 20 inches bronze statue which in fact is a fountain portraying a urinating boy. It is located in the Centre of Brussels, in the District of Saint Jacques. It is a representation of the citizens free spirit.

The Belgian Comic Strip Center The Belgian Comic Strip Center chronicles the history of Belgian comics. Housed in a former department store in Brussels' business district, it exhibits examples of comic strips in French, Dutch and English. The full range of comic art is covered, including science fiction, Wild West, crime and politics, as well as children's comics such as The Smurfs. Mont des Arts The Kunstberg or Mont des Arts is a historic site in the center of Brussels. It offers one of Brussels' finest views. Major tourist attractions are located within walking distance of the Kunstberg: the Musical Instrument Museum, the Royal Museums of Fine Arts, the Royal Palace, and the city's cathedral. The Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) The Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) is a music museum. It is internationally renowned for its collection of over 8000 instruments. The 1200 most important instruments are presented in four exposition rooms with illustrations and a sound decor. The Cinquantenaire Museum The collection of the museum is divided into four parts: The Collection of national archaeology which dates between prehistory to the Merovingian period (751 AD) The Collection of antiquity with collections from the ancient Near East, Egypt, Greece and Rome. The Collection of non-european civilizations with collections of artifacts from Asian countries, the Americas and Oceania The Collection of European decorative arts from the Medieval Ages to the 20th century (sculptures, furniture, tapestries, textiles, costumes, old vehicles, photographic and cinematographic equipment...) Atomium The Atomium is a building in Brussels originally constructed for Expo '58, the 1958 Brussels World's Fair. Designed by the engineer André Waterkeyn and architects André and Jean Polak, it stands 335 ft. tall. Its nine 59 ft. diameter stainless steel clad spheres are connected so that the whole forms the shape of a unit cell of an iron crystal magnified 165 billion times.
