Incognito Certifi cation Course Information This two day Incognito Certifi cation Course for orthodontists will give you an introduction to the Incognito Lingual Bracket System. You will gain both the knowledge and the required certifi cation to offer the Incognito system as a treatment. You will be fully familiarised with the various tools, instruments and materials that are required to use the system. The focus of the course is on practical hands-on typodont exercises, showing clearly how many different types of lingual cases may be treated. The fee for the course, including printed material, is 950.00 (incl. VAT). Therapists may also attend the Certifi cation Course at the same cost, providing their orthodontist is attending the course or is already certifi ed. Incognito Refresher Course Information This one day course is aimed at Orthodontists who have just started to use the Incognito system and would like a refresher following the initial certifi cation training course. The day will cover the following key topics: Hints and Tips Torque Control Finishing Rebonding Placement of Wires Mechanics Incognito Selling Skills Course This one day course has been designed to help private treatment co-ordinators sell the Incognito system. Following a clinical update and some handy hints and tips, the speakers will present some patient cases and detail the patient journey. They will guide you through understanding patient buying decisions and how best to position private treatment options to ensure maximum conversion, share some useful marketing ideas, how to maximise your sales potential and present comprehensive advice that will help you towards being more professional, productive and profi table. 3
Incognito Users Meeting This is a one day annual User Meeting for Orthodontists who have been certifi ed to use Incognito brackets. The latest developments in Incognito brackets will be introduced and there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas with your colleagues. Incognito In-Offi ce Mentor Programme In line with 3M Unitek s commitment to provide continuous education, we have developed an in-offi ce mentoring programme for our Incognito Bracket customers. According to feedback we have received, you have highlighted the need for additional support to assist and guide you through your fi rst few cases. The aim of this programme is to support and develop your skills. You can choose from two locations, Teddington with Paul Ward or Edinburgh with Robbie Lawson. A range of dates are offered so we hope you will fi nd one to suit. The days will include: Discussion of mentor s and delegates cases. Mentor Profi les Paul Ward Thames Orthodontics 7 Alpha Road Teddington Middlesex TW11 0QG Paul is a Specialist Practitioner and partner in a mixed private and NHS orthodontic practice in the South-East. His main clinical interest is the use of lingual appliances, primarily the Incognito System in the treatment of adults and adolescents, and its incorporation into everyday orthodontic practice. He has been involved in lingual orthodontics since 2003 and is a treasurer of the British Lingual Orthodontic Society. Robbie Lawson Edinburgh Orthodontics 38-44 Lochrin Buildings Gilmore Place Edinburgh EH3 9ND Robbie is a specialist Orthodontist in Edinburgh, where he has been using lingual appliances since 1999. He has treated several hundred cases with a range of lingual appliance techniques and has been using the Incognito System for over two years. He is the Scottish representative on BOS and is an M.Orth. examiner at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He has presented regionally, nationally and internationally on lingual appliances. 5

E-Learning Tool Following the Incognito Certifi cation Course you will be given a unique log-in and password to allow full access to the e-learning platform at www.incognito.net/elearning. On this site you will fi nd detailed information on lingual techniques and the Incognito System. There are also extracts from the Certifi cation Course presentations so that you can re-familiarise yourself with the key concepts from the course at your own pace. 7
Find an Orthodontist We offer potential patients, who are seeking treatment with the Incognito Lingual System, an online Orthodontist Locator on our homepage www.incognito.net and www.hiddenbraces.co.uk. This provides a comprehensive listing, with names and addresses of all Incognito certifi ed orthodontists in their local area. Following attendance on the Incognito Certifi cation Course and commencement of your fi rst case, your practice contact details will be entered onto the Orthodontist Locator. Patient Website www.hiddenbraces.co.uk is a new website aimed at potential Incognito patients. It allows patients to research the system and gain some useful information about the treatment. They can also watch videos of other Incognito patients journeys, read testimonials and see before and after pictures. It also allows them to look up an orthodontist in their area using the Find an Orthodontist button. The website is running an Introduce a Friend programme which allows them to tell their friends about the Incognito system. We will reward both them and their friend if they proceed with treatment following a consultation with a certifi ed orthodontist. 8
Media Pack The new Incognito Media Pack contains various photos, advertisement templates, logos and data that can be downloaded and used on your practice websites and marketing materials.
