INNOVATIVE IDEAS IMPLEMENTED SUCCESSFULLY The Pavilion FOKUS HOTEL has become firmly established as part of INTERGASTRA. In 2014 the successful concept will be targeted even more consistently to the needs and wishes of exhibitors and visitors. Leading manufacturers and service providers in the hotel and restaurant sector will be showcasing the latest design trends, practical solutions and well thought-out innovations centrally in the Pavilion. The main focus will lie on four exceptional hotel rooms furnished with products from different suppliers. The four hotel rooms will result from a compe ti tion organised and judged by the AIT. Products from different industry partners will be integrated into these rooms. A high-ranking panel will host discussions on future strategies in the hotel sector in the adjacent lounge area. The Pavilion is the meeting point for hoteliers, architects and designers, and offers the perfect setting and place for your performance.
SHORT ROUTES CLEARLY STRUCTURED The Pavilion FOKUS HOTEL is presented as a unit subdivided into different areas. The individual exhibitor islands frame the central area with the AIT bar, lounge and the excellent hotel rooms furnishings. Each of the exhibitor islands consists of four stand areas, bounded by L-shaped partitions that can be used for product information. An optimum long-distance effect is ensured by a logo band running around the central exclusive area. L-Bank-Forum THE TRADE FAIR FOR THE HOTEL SECTOR INTERGASTRA is the largest German trade fair for the hotel and restaurant sector. It impresses in particular through its first-class hotel expertise. And the dynamics of the trade fair are unceasing. In 2014 the exhibition area will be increased again to 100,000 square metres for more than 1,300 exhibitors. Two large halls for the sections Hotel Buildings, Ambience & Equipment including the Pavilion FOKUS HOTEL are the meeting point for hoteliers, planners and architects. HOTEL STRATEGIES OF THE FUTURE Since 2008 AIT Hotel Architecture Platform has been attracting Europe s leading hotel architects, investors and operators to a unique think tank. During a four-day conference in June 2013, leading representatives from the hotel segment are invited for the sixth time by the prestigious architecture journal AIT and Messe Stuttgart to examine the topic the topic Hotel in depth, to discuss innovative ideas and to create new hotel strategies. Participants are invited to submit a current hotel project from their office for the International Hotel Application Award as part of the platform. In a special selection process the four most exceptional hotel rooms will be recognized and presented 1:1 as models to visitors to the INTERGASTRA trade fair from 1 to 5 February 2014. The AIT platform regards itself as being a source of inspiration for development of one of the most important segments of architecture and the construction industry. In addition to the presentation of the award winning hotel rooms, a cross-discipline panel made up from top-class architects, interior designers, designers and hoteliers will discuss new strategies in the hotel sector during the trade fair.
