They provided background informaion abou he formaion of WOCA, discussed he newly adoped Wes Oakland Specific Plan, and idenified he barriers o economic developmen in he Wes Oakland area. The WOCA represenaives menioned ha hey wished o form a commiee which included he Emeryville Chamber of Commerce ha would work oward he implemenaion of he Wes Oakland Specific Plan.
