VISITOR FEEDBACK I often visit trade shows to meet with new companies. I find both the internationals and local companies to be important, I haven t heard of many of the exhibitors at this event or seen such a good variety of building products, this is why I would say this is a great exhibition. SPECIAL FEATURES CPD CERTIFIED WORKSHOPS TECHNICAL SEMINARS The Big 5 Construct Indonesia is the first event in Indonesia to offer free to attend CPD certified workshops. The 17 workshops covered a range of topics including Project Management, Risk Management, Sustainability, BIM and much more. Local and international exhibitors showcased a range of products including Chemical Admixtures, Concrete Admixture Technology, Thermal Insulation, Construction Security Cameras, PreEngineered Building (PEB) System, Thermoplastic Solvent Welding, Green Chillers, Green Technology in Piping, Fluid Future and Carpet tiles. HOW TO TRADE IN INDONESIA PLATINUM CLUB This half-day workshop gave delegates the facts, guidance and contacts they needed to be able to navigate the process of doing business in Indonesia, including information on how and where to get started, local partnerships, licensing, permits, visas and more. Alongside the exhibition, the exclusive invite-only Platinum Club welcomed 231 (including revisits) of Asia s most influential Contractors, Architects and Consultants, working on the country s largest and most important projects.
MARKETING PROMOTION EMAIL A prime medium in reaching and registering The Big 5 Construct Indonesia audience. 52 English and Bahasa emails were sent to a database comprising of 20,000+ industry contacts. The database is regularly updated, verified and cleaned by a dedicated team of in-house data-builders. DIRECT MAIL The Big 5 Construct Indonesia mailed a visitor invitation to 13,000 Indonesia based construction professionals. Recipients included Architects, Contractors, Consultants, Procurement and Project Managers. 280 VIP invites were sent to Government Officials. 700 letters were sent to pre-registered visitors. PR An appointed PR agency ensured that the event received maximum coverage in the trade press, online portals, daily newspapers and TV. The value of PR totaled IDR 5.76 billion (USD 431.6K). PARTNERSHIPS A key component of the marketing and promotional campaign is the relationships The Big 5 Construct Indonesia has developed with trade associations and government bodies. The most notable partnerships included the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. ONLINE ADVERTISING 24 web banners were posted on 26 websites. NEWSPAPER ADVERTISING Leading Indonesia daily newspapers, Jakarta Global and Investor Daily published 4 high visibility adverts. TRADE PRESS ADVERTISING The Big 5 Construct Indonesia partnered with 23 trade publications who published 23 full page colour adverts. SOCIAL MEDIA The Big 5 Construct Indonesia regularly engages with its 28,000+ Facebook followers providing advance notice on special events, exhibitor product showcases, exhibitor news and industry reports. WEBSITE The website was an essential tool in providing information about the exhibitors and their products and attracted 54,893 unique visits. SMS Pre-registered visitors and new data received text messages prior to and during the show. SMS TELEMARKETING A team of trained telemarketers were involved in the promotion of the event, targeting construction professionals in Indonesia and registering them to attend the show.
