Empowering families affected by diabetes Camp Ho Mita Koda 2017 Programming
We ve been in the business of camp for a very long time Welcome my Friend, Thank you for your interest in Camp Ho Mita Koda. Since 1929, we have worked hard to provide an incredible camp experience for children with diabetes focused on a pathway to independence. Rooted in providing traditional camp offerings alongside self-management skills, distress reduction and nutrition. Our small, intimate size and almost limitless offerings enables us to provide individual attention in a medically supervised environment. With a caring staff and a rich history of tradition, Camp Ho Mita Koda provides an opportunity for parents to have peace of mind that their camper is in good hands. We now offer a multitude of opportunities for families to see what we do prior to committing to overnight camp. In addition, we offer monthly programs with themes related to the season. I encourage you to turn the page and see all that Camp Ho Mita Koda has to offer. Besides our traditional camp offerings, we offer a great space for corporate events, family reunions and birthday parties just to name a few. We hope to see you as a camper, counselor, volunteer or donor. Thank you for your consideration! Yours in Camping, Nick Pangio, Camp Director
