The Sustainable Streets Division of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency held a public hearing on Friday,, at 10:00 AM, in Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA 94102, to consider the proposals listed below. This document summarizes the results of the hearing. Per Section 201 of the City Transportation Code, some items can be implemented by the authority of the City Traffic Engineer. Other items require further approval by the SFMTA Board. 1. ESTABLISH SPEED HUMP 20 th Avenue, between Taraval Street and Ulloa Street (residents asked to replace a site specific mid-block island with a speed hump at the same location) 2. ESTABLISH RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA S ELIGIBILITY 4064 24 th Street (Creates parking eligibility for this single family residence; no signage changes) 3. ESTABLISH RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA S ELIGIBILITY 909 Haight Street (eligibility only, no signage changes) 4. ESTABLISH SPEED HUMP Sussex Street, between Diamond Street and Castro Street 5. ESTABLISH SPEED HUMPS (2) 22 nd Avenue, between Ulloa Street and Vicente Street 6. ESTABLISH TOW-AWAY NO STOPPING ANYTIME Excelsior Avenue, north side, from 11 feet to 32 feet east of Mission Street (painted safety zone)

7. ESTABLISH TOW-AWAY NO STOPPING ANYTIME Mission Street, west side, from 6 feet to 26 feet north of 17 th Street 8. ESTABLISH TOW-AWAY NO STOPPING ANYTIME A. Mission Street, east side, from Acton Street to 27 feet southerly (painted safety zone) B. Sickles Avenue, north side, from Mission Street to 22 feet westerly (painted safety zone) C. ESTABLISH NO PARKING ANYTIME Sweeny Street, south side, from 10 feet to 30 feet west of Colby Street (extends existing 10 foot red zone by an additional 20 feet) Sweeny Street, south side, from 14 feet to 37 feet west of Dartmouth Street (extends existing 14 foot red zone by an additional 23 feet) First location will be forwarded to City Traffic Engineer for approval and implementation; second location will be forwarded to SFMTA Board for approval and implementation. 10(a). ESTABLISH RED ZONE A. Battery Street, west side, from Vallejo Street to 30 feet northerly (extends existing 10' red zone by an extra 20 feet) B. Battery Street, east side, from Vallejo Street to 20 feet northerly C. Sansome Street, east side, from Vallejo Street to 19 feet southerly (extends existing 5' red zone by an extra 14 feet) D. Battery Street, east side, from Green Street to 20 feet northerly 10(b). ESTABLISH METERED MOTORCYCLE PARKING Battery Street, east side, from 20 to 43 feet north of Green Street (relocates 6 spaces displaced by new red zone at corner) 11. ESTABLISH STOP SIGN Rotteck Street, northbound, at Still Street, stopping the stem of the T-intersection Rotteck Street, southbound, at Cayuga Avenue, stopping the stem of the T-intersection Items will be forwarded to SFMTA Board for approval and implementation.

12. ESTABLISH STOP SIGN Plum Street, eastbound, at South Van Ness Avenue, stopping the stem of the T- intersection 13. ESTABLISH NO PARKING ANY TIME La Grande Avenue, east side, in Russia Avenue intersection (from the property line to property line projection across the street within the intersection (70 feet)) Staff will review scope of proposal given public input and will either forward the proposal to the SFMTA Board or the City Traffic Engineer for approval and implementation, depending upon whether or not the proposed no parking zone is greater than or less than 20 feet in length. 14. ESTABLISH SPEED HUMP Montana Street, between Capitol Avenue and Plymouth Avenue 15. ESTABLISH SPEED HUMP Montana Street between Orizaba Avenue and Capitol Avenue Staff to work out speed hump location with concerned resident. 16. ESTABLISH SPEED HUMPS (2) 7 th Avenue, between Cabrillo Street and Fulton Street 17. ESTABLISH SPEED HUMPS (2) 7 th Avenue, between Geary Boulevard and Anza Street 18. ESTABLISH STOP SIGNS Santiago Street, eastbound and westbound, at 39 th Avenue, making this intersection an all-way STOP

19. ESTABLISH RED ZONE Taraval Street, south side, from 23 rd Avenue to 22 feet westerly (removes parking meter no. 1301) 20. ESTABLISH RED ZONE A. 23 rd Avenue, west side, from Moraga Street to 35 feet northerly B. 23 rd Avenue, west side, from Moraga Street to 17 feet southerly C. 23 rd Avenue, east side, from Moraga Street to 11 feet northerly D. 23 rd Avenue, east side, from Moraga Street to 10 feet southerly Item A will be forwarded to SFMTA Board for approval and implementation. Items B-D will be forwarded to the City Traffic Engineer for approval and implementation. 21. ESTABLISH PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 7:00 AM TO 3:30 PM, SCHOOL DAYS Hearst Avenue, south side, from Foerster Street to 302 feet easterly (302-foot zone in front of Sunnyside Elementary School) Hearst Avenue, south side, from 302 feet to 455 feet east of Foerster Street (153-foot zone in front of St. Finn Barr Catholic School) 22. ESTABLISH SPEED HUMPS 39 th Avenue, between Noriega Street and Ortega Street (2 humps) 23. ESTABLISH SPEED HUMPS 39 th Avenue, between Moraga Street and Noriega Street (2 humps) 24. ESTABLISH SPEED HUMPS 39 th Avenue, between Lawton Street and Moraga Street (2 humps) 25. ESTABLISH SPEED HUMPS 31 st Avenue, between Lawton and Moraga Streets (2 humps)
