Dan Smith, Chad Smith, Phillip Driver www.goldenaerodrome.com KEY THINGS TO KNOW: First, know that we are so honored you are joining us. We are honored that you chose to be part of what we expect to become an annual tradition. When we started planning for this event, we set out to provide a local destination for area pilots to come enjoy a campin fly-in. Our goal was to overcome the challenge of high gas prices and a lack of fly-in destinations by providing one close to home. Please help us be successful by helping us create a safe, relaxed and fun environment. We will be working with each of you to provide some traffic separation from our crow s nest and will do our best to assist you to avoid others. Please remember that as PIC, it is your responsibility to maintain separation from others at all times. Help us keep the grounds picked up- if you see some trash, drop it into a nearby trash can. Also, it is most important that you have a great time and make yourself at home. We ask only for a donation of $25/ person to cover all the activites and meals for the entire weekend.
