Objectives To work collaboratively with Network Rail and key stakeholders such as Wiltshire Council, Bath & North East Somerset Council, Bath Tourism Plus, Passenger groups and key business groups to ensure that the best possible service proposition is delivered to all customers in the planning and delivery of these essential works. To support Network Rail to plan these essential infrastructure improvements/ enhancements in a way that minimises customer disruption To cooperate with Network Rail to communicate the good news of this major development and the key benefits for all audiences that fall within our remit To harness and apply to this scheme FGW best practice developed through major blockades such as Reading and Swindon to Kemble 2

Impact Bath Corridor Works (2) Proposed Service Alterations - August 2015 (3 weeks)* London Paddington to Chippenham hourly through service Portsmouth Cardiff trains will be diverted via Chippenham to Swindon to connect with London Paddington - South Wales services Weymouth Bristol services combined with Portsmouth Cardiff services and between Westbury and Swindon SWT services TBC Ticket easements would allow Chippenham to Bristol customers to route via Swindon * Indicative Dates 10

Bath Corridor Works Rail Replacement Services Proposed Service Alterations - August 2015 (3 weeks)* Rail Replacement Services to operate between: Chippenham and Bath Spa Westbury/ Trowbridge/ Bradford on Avon and Bath Spa (limited stop) Westbury/ Trowbridge/ Bradford on Avon and Bath Spa all stations Expected that will be a half hourly service on each route (Melksham excepted) mirroring the train service and providing connections at Bath, Chippenham and Trowbridge/ Westbury * Indicative Dates 11
