Useful information Bring 2 swimsuits with you. For reasons of hygiene and safety, sandals must be worn in the Centre. Sandals are included in all our package options (Days, Breaks, Stays and Cures). They are also on sale at a price of 4,50 (if not included in your package). Robes and bath towels are supplied by the Centre. Persons under 16 may not use the Centre. It is forbidden to picnic, smoke or use a mobile phone within the Centre. The changing rooms are equipped with lockers (you need a 2 coin) in which you can leave your personal possessions. OPENING HOURS From Monday to Saturday from 09.00 till 18.00 (Thalgo Evenings on Fridays from 18.00 till 21.00) Sunday from 09.00 till 17.00 The Centre is open all year round, except for the following dates: 01/01/2009 From 5 to 11 January 2009 inclusive From 31 August to 6 September 2009 inclusive 25/12/2009 ACCOMMODATION The balneotherapy centre is located within the Château de Limelette hotel, which has 88 bedrooms, the Saint-Jean-des-Bois gastronomic restaurant, a bar, 16 conference rooms and a banqueting hall, a tennis court, covered swimming pool and a large free car park. If you book a Break, Stay or Cure, rooms are available from 15.00. You may, however, access the balneotherapy centre from 09.00 on the day of your arrival. If you room is available before 15.00, we shall of course inform you immediately. We ask you to vacate your room by 12.00. However, if the room is not required, you will, upon arrival, automatically be offered the opportunity to delay your departure until 18.00. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. All programmes and treatments are subject to reservation guaranteed by credit card or prior payment. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your reservation. In the case of cures, reservations cannot be guaranteed unless we receive a deposit of 175. 2. The cost of accommodation and any services is payable when you depart, by payment method of your choice. 3. In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, the total price of the day or programme reserved will be due as a flat rate and non-negotiable payment. In the case of Cures cancelled within the 8 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be returned. 4. When you arrive at the Centre, you will be given your treatment timetable for the duration of your stay. You must adhere to arrival times and timetables for the day. Late arrivals will result in the cancellation of your treatment and no money back.
THALGO LIGHT RESTAURANT For your convenience, our Thalgo light Restaurant is located in the middle of the balneotherapy centre. This means that you can enjoy your meal in your robe, without having to change or go out of the centre. The Thalgo light Restaurant is open every day from 12.00 to 14.00 and offers a light and varied buffet (soup, buffet main course and dessert) at a price of 19,00 per person (excluding drinks) Lunch is not included in our various programmes. SAINT-JEAN-DES-BOIS RESTAURANT If you book a Break, Stay or Cure, evening meals are served in the Saint-Jean-des-Bois restaurant, the Château de Limelette s restaurant. The meal included in these packages is a 3-course menu of the day (excluding drinks). The Saint-Jean-des-Bois restaurant is open every day from 19.00 till 21.30. You will be given your meals voucher when you check in at hotel reception. ACCESS E411 Brussels-Namur motorway exit 6 (Wavre) Take the N238 towards Ottignies.
