Instruct students arriving at ADF for a ground, flight or simulator to go to the front desk and fill the SIGN IN in log (almost nobody is doing it), then Request dispatch Get all docs necessary to be ready for flight, ground or sim.
CFIs: If front desk is closed and you are in need of OIL you must notify the front desk with a note stating how many quarts you took and for what airplane. You can also make a note on the dispatch. Each airplane pays for it own oil, if usage is not properly reported then ADF is paying.
