This is an exciting group you don t want to miss out on. American Sports- This group will get active talking about all of the great sports our country has made and getting up to play them. We will play the normal games like Football, Baseball, and Basketball. But also come up with some great sport games of our own. This is a great group full of activity to get you up and moving while learning about why we are celebrating America. Afternoon Session: (12:30 3:00) All American All Week - Campers will have a fun week talking about our country and the July 4 th Holiday. During this week we will wear our Red, White, and Blue and have fun learning about our Country. Time Travel Week- Campers are you ready to go on an adventure without leaving town???? Jump into the time capsule and get ready for a crazy ride through time. We will explore what life was like from the time Jesus walked the earth, stop in the medieval times for some fun and cooking, travel right on through the 50 s,60 s 70 s and of course the 80 s stopping to listen to the music, and ending in 2014. Campers will have a chance to talk about what they think will happen in the future, flying cars, robots, whatever and wherever their imagination takes them. Campers will also get to take part in burying our first ever time capsule, with writing notes to the future sealing it in a can and putting it into the ground to be opened in 10 years. It s an exciting adventure and something they will never forget. Afternoon Session (12:30 3:00) Medieval Times- The perfect group for the camper that wants to learn more about Knights, Swords, Castles, Princes, and Princesses. Space Travel- This special group will have a chance to learn about outer space. In this week we will learn about the solar system, stars, build our own rockets, and talk about what is up there in the sky. This is a great group for the little astronaut or scientist.

Afternoon Session (12:30 pm 3:00 pm) Arts& crafts- Campers will get to be creative and make great works of art. We will use homemade play dough, paper, paint, and other great products to make crafts and create a theater presentation. Campers will need to bring a large t-shirt to wear over their clothes to help with stains because art can be messy and that s great!!! The possibilities of art are endless this week. Science in Nature- Campers will put their thinking hats on as we explore the wonderful world of science. This will be a fun filled week focusing on many different and exciting aspects of science. For those Campers really excited about Science you won t want to miss this group. Afternoon Session (12:30 pm 3:00 pm) Myth Busters- The campers will take part in special daily experiments. They will have a chance to really use their minds and try to figure out the outcome of each and every experiment before they take part in it. This is great for those little ones that always ask why does that happen? They can be a part of the entire observation just like real scientists. Natures Crafts- The campers will get to take part in fun and exciting nature walks finding the perfect objects to use when making their take home crafts each day. On these walks they will learn about all of the wonderful nature Connecticut has to offer. The campers will use objects they pick up and learn about along the way to spur their imagination for their crafts. Each and every day is new and exciting! This is a perfect group for the child that is always curious about the bugs, plants, or rocks outside. Imaginations run wild in Nature.
