In the morning, City Tour (3 hours) Lunch. Visit to the Golden Museum to see a private pre columbine gold collection. Thursday 15 th April : BALLESTAS ISLANDS, ICA - WINE CITY, NAZCA Breakfast. We will travel in private bus to National Reserve of Paracas. Arrival and sail by motor boat to the Ballestas Islands. Along the way, we will see the Candelaber, part of the Nazca Lines. Watching sea lions and birds in their natural nestling habitat on the islands will get us closer to an unspoiled nature. Lunch. Next stop on our trip is Ica the Wine City of Peru. Visit the Regional Museum and the Oasis Huacachina. After that we continue to Nazca. Lodging. Friday 16th April : NAZCA FLY OVER NAZCA LINES - LIMA Breakfast. Arrival to the airport to board a single engine aircraft to fly over the enigmatic Nazca Lines. Lunch time. Visit the preinka Cemetery of Chauchilla with the old mummies of the Ica and Nazca cultures. In the afternoon return to Lima. Lodging.
Saturday 17th April: LIMA PUERTO MALDONADO SANDOVAL LAKE LODGE Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Puerto Maldonado. Welcome and trip to the Port. Panoramic view of the city. Boarding on a motor boat. Arrival and 25 30 minute walk to reach a small rivulet where a canoe will be waiting to take us to the lodge. After lunch, we will visit the western part of the lake. In the afternoon macaws reach this area to stay overnight or rest in their nest. Return to the lodge for dinner. By night, canoe trip to go in search of the black Cayman. Sunday 18th April : PUERTO MALDONADO Early in the morning bird watching when birds leave seeking for food. If we are lucky we will also be able to see river otters. Return to the lodge for breakfast and then a demonstration by natives of how they collect, open and trade Brazil nuts, a very important product in the area. After lunch, we will visit a lake area where the five different varieties of Monkeys that inhabit this area can be seen, among which the cute Capuchín. Return to the lodge for dinner. Monday 19th April : PUERTO MALDONADO - CUZCO After breakfast departure to the airport to take the flight to the city of cuzco. Welcome and transfer to the hotel. Free Afternoon. Tuesday 20th April: CUZCO - CITY TOUR NEARBY RUINS Breakfast. City Tour and nearby ruins. We will visit to the major sites of historical interest in Cuz co, such as The plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, The Sun Temple or Korikancha, typical Inca streets an four main ruins near to the City: The Sacsayhuaman Fortress, Amphitheatre of Q enqo, Puca Pucara and Tambo Machay ruins. This includes the tourist ticket (BTC). Return to the City. Lunch. Free afternoon. Lodging.
Wednesday 21th April : CUZCO -MACHUPICCHU Breakfast. Transfer to the train station to visit the Inca s Lost City Machupicchu. There you will enjoy a guided visit to this ruins, you will visit its streets, plazas, urban and agricultural areas. The trip is made in First Class Services. Lunch Buffet in the restaurant Sanctuary Lodge Hotel (5 Stars). Lodging in Machupicchu. Thursday 22th April : MACHU PICCHU / CUZCO Breakfast, free day, time to visit again Machupicchu in order to meditate and absorb the energy that flow in the ether of this sacred place, having opportunity to ascend until the Intipunku, entrance to Machu Picchu of the Inca Road. Optional: Visit to the medicine water Aguas Calientes. In the afternoon, return to the train station for came back to Cuzco City. Transfer to the hotel. Lodging. Friday 23th April : CUSCO / SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCA Breakfast. Visit to the Inca Sacred Valley. We will visit Pisac town, its trade fair and typical market, followed by a visit to Calca, Qoya, Yucay, Lamay, Urubamba. Buffet lunch is included. Then we will visit the Fortaleza Inca of Ollantaytambo. Our return from Cuzco will be through Chincheros town, which is the most interesting place for its view and sunset. Return to the City. Lodging. Saturday 24th April : CUZCO - PUNO Breakfast. Transfer to the Train Station to departure to Juliaca - Puno. Arrival, and transfer to the hotel in Puno. Lodging. Sunday 25th April: PUNO UROS AND TAQUILE FLOATING ISLANDS Breakfast. Transfer to the Titicaca Lake in order to visit Floating Islands of the Uros and Taquile. UROS, these floating islands are made of spongy totora-reed, some as big as football fields replete with villages and schools and other so small they can only support a few huts. They are
located in Lake Titicaca. The Uros constitute one of the most ancient peoples of America; their principal activity is fishing and hunt. Visit the island of the National Reservation of the Titicaca. Taquile Island is located at 35 km. from the City of Puno. This Island is of a great ethnic-cultural value. Its inhabitants preserve their ancient traditions including craftsmanship textile. They still abide by their Inca laws. Those who would like to stay overnight will have to share their food, customs and sleep in the same way as they do, which is on a bunk made of adobe. If you visit the island on a holiday you will be able to appreciate their music and dances. There are not hotels. Lodging. Monday 26th April: PUNO ISLAND OF THE SUN - CATAMARAN Transportation from the hotel to Copacabana. On the road, we will visit Juli and Pomata s villages. Arrival in Copacabana and visit to the Black Virgin shrine. We will then board the catamaran to cross the Inca Sacred Lake, the Titicaca. Lunch on board. We will ride the hydrofoil to the Island of the Sun, where we will visit the Fountain of the Inca, re puted for granting eternal youth. View of the pre-inca terraces. All the passengers will receive the blessing the following an ancient tradition and a certificate of having stayed at the island during their lake crossing. Transfer to Puno. Lodging Tuesday 27th April : PUNO SILLUSTANI CEMENTERY - LIMA Breakfast. Visit to Sillustani. On the banks of Lake Umayo, 19 miles from Puno, is Sillustani, the Cementery of Hatun Colla chiefs. The magnificient work on these pre Inca monuments deserves particular attention. Transfer to the airport to take your flight to Lima. Welcome and transfer to the hotel.
