HOTEL OPERATIONS M&C Group Asset Enhancement (on-going) 42m was spent under the programme in 2014. The bulk of this expenditure was accounted for by the continuing refurbishment of Grand Hyatt Taipei. On 1 October 2014, the former Millennium Resort and Villas Scottsdale was re-opened as The McCormick Scottsdale after a 3-month closure.
