About Hong Kong Productivity Council Established based on the Hong Kong Productivity Council Ordinance enacted in 1967, the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is one of Hong Kong s industrial support organizations. Every year, HKPC and its subsidiaries offer production technology and management consultations, product testing and manpower training services to more than 3,000 companies. HKPC aims to develop value added products and services to enhance the competitiveness of Hong Kong industry in the international market.
