Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) TRX is an iconic 70-acre development in the heart of Kuala Lumpur that is set to become a leading centre for international finance and business. TRX Developer Incentives TRX Marquee Incentives Incentives are offered to qualifying TRX marquee status companies licensed to operate in the following financial services sub-sector Retail and/or merchant baking Insurance Islamic banking Takaful operator Capital markets services The TRX developer incentives will only be given to developers who meet the stringent development criteria that will include a strong green ethos and sustainability.
