Interviews for candidates shortlisted for promotion from Fg Off to Flt Lt and from WO to Plt Off/Fg Off will be held, tentatively, in October 2011. Interview is not normally required for promotion from Plt Off to Fg Off, from Instr to Sgt Instr, and from Sgt Intr to WO. Recommendations should reach CSO via Ms WONG S M AA1, not later than 30.9.11. All recommendations will be vetted by CSO against established promotion criteria before submission to the CO for his consideration.
