ACTION BM to keep Delia Higgins from BGVA in the loop regarding the diversion of Footpath 24 76) Parish Land AK discussed the new fencing erected at Bisham School, highlighting that no contact had been made the Council, to seek permission to access the Slipway to conduct the works. The Cllrs were concerned that the Conservation Officer had not been consulted prior to work taking place. ACTION BM to speak to Conservation Officer and Ashley Hill School Trust to report concerns. The Cllrs agreed that they would like a site meeting to look at the Slipway boundaries. ACTION BM to organise a site meeting. 77) Flooding JC gave an update on the Marlow Relief Scheme Flood Impact Report. 6 BPC Minutes 18-09-17

JC reported that, at the recent Marlow Society meeting, it was pointed out that there had been strong concerns from Bisham regarding the river. The response was that the Environment Agency have agreed to dredge a section of the river. AK highlighted that BPC have never pressured the EA for dredging. 78) Neighbourhood Plan/Borough Local Plan The Cllrs discussed the Neighbourhood Plan consultation. As there were no responses from residents sent to the Council, AK proposed making no comments to RBWM. Cllrs agreed. 79) Finance BM gave update on the Audit Procedure, highlighting that there were no recommendations from either the Internal or External Auditor, and giving details about the notices to be placed announcing the completion of the process. BM did not give a financial update due to the merging of the bank accounts, which was still in process. 80) Correspondence BM reported on Correspondence from the Oil Club. MRB reported that she had received correspondence regarding parking around Bisham Abbey during a recent event. 81) Information Reports ACTION BM to report on parking concerns to Craig Philander JC gave a further update on the Marlow Society, including; Plans being discussed about the future of Marlow Bridge Wycombe District Council are still looking at sites to increase parking in Marlow. Maidenhead Golf Club needs to be re-sited within three years, and one posited location is in Little Marlow. Night works will be taking place on Spittal Street for the next 16 weeks. MRB Suggested applying for bulbs from RBWM, as highlighted in September Newsletter. ACTION BM to apply for bulbs. AK reported that the Incinerator at Lee Farm is still active and producing fumes.
