At the conclusion of the investigation a juvenile was arrested on weapons and drug related charges. 5311H 17:41: 1902160 22840 LAKE SHORE BLVD DISORDERLY CONDUCT ; INTOXICATION Police responded to Lake Shore Blvd. and E. 228 St for a male struck by a vehicle. It was determined that the male was highly intoxicated. One male discarded marijuana when Police initiated contact. One male was arrested for a Probation Violation (warrant) and the other was arrested for Obstructing Official Business. Page #: 7

Officers observed a silver Kia driving north bound from the area at a high rate of speed, weaving through traffic. Police followed the vehicle and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The vehicle pulled away from the traffic stop and subsequently was stopped a short distance ahead. A felony traffic stop was conducted and the driver was discovered to be intoxicated. The driver had a open container and marijuana in the vehicle. Police observed damage to the steering column.
