Of the total 191 hectares (471 acres) that comprise Palmares Beach & Golf Resort, the density of construction is no more than 5.7 percent. Likewise, the landscape architecture guidelines are focused on preserving the natural environment and safeguarding the unique views.

Real estate strategy The building work is organized in different phases, based on a smooth growth strategy. This approach is adaptable to the pace of the market and is focused on maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for the property owners avoiding too much obtrusive building noise. At Palmares, we have introduced an attractive start-up pricing policy on real estate. This strategy has been adopted in order to reward early buyers. So far, our prices have been slowly increasing as the development grows, so purchasing at this stage could turn out to be a great investment over time.
