Transport, may be accepted as presented, and an approval of them may only be a number of weeks 3

away. There will no doubt be extra points to submit as time goes on, but there will be opportunity for that after we have received and implemented the basic scheme. There will be more on the matter as it progresses, and Tim Bartrop will attend a D.C. or special meeting, when appropriate, to explain the finer details of the approved system. GENERAL BUSINESS: #1 Head Steward, Phil Ketter, enquired as to who the judges would be for the up-coming Brisbane Hot Rod Show. As yet none of the judges have been named. #2 A quick question from Steve Clayton, with regard to what is acceptable paint finish lead to a lively discussion on that matter, and interior finishes as well. Answer to both of those matters, really is dependant on each persons idea of what is acceptable, but there are guidelines set down in the A.S.R.F. Rule Book. #3 Brian Gladman aired some concerns over some current P.T.B s and sought some comment from the attending delegates, before taking his concerns to the next T.A.C. meeting. #4 NOTE TO ALL CLUBS:- It is expected that all clubs in the South-East of the state, with-in sensible travel time to the D.C. meetings, field a delegate to the A.S.R.F. D.C. monthly meetings. This is a condition of your clubs affiliation to the parent body. Obviously, there may be times when the club delegate can t make it, in which case a substitute may, or an apology fielded. --Thanks to those guys & gals who attend. #5 It is a pertinent time, being the beginning of the year, to advise membership, that they should check that the typical Friday/ Saturday nite cruise venues are A.S.R.F. Travel Permitted. As you will note, Ilana s Rock & Roll Diner, and Munch-In are til end November 08. CLUB ROUNDUP :Northern Districts; Rods Inc. G.C.S.R.
