The modular design, choice of 3 standard sizes in combination with optional add-ons and accessories makes the HuggyPRO suitable for any camp solution in field operations. Cost-effective materials and production technologies together with lower weight and packing volumes resulting in lower overall costs of the tents as well as logistic costs. Key features Available in 3 sizes: 24 m2 (6 x 4 m), 48 m2 (6 x 8 m) and 72 m2 (6 x 12m) High quality and durable materials and construction Lightweight and compact packing High performing in both hot, cold and wet weather conditions Huggy 72m 2 Medical post, field hospital The HuggyPRO tents have a width of 6m, they offer sufficient space to place hospital beds opposite each other, leaving room for a walkway in between. The tents can be fitted with an inner tent and partition walls to create separate areas for triage, treatment and hospitalisation. With several tents combined, each tent can have an individual function as operation theatre, ICU, radiology or storage. The tents are fitted with shade nets for added comfort in hot climates, solid floor tiles for easy rolling transport of patients and equipment, LED lighting and heating or cooling through air ducts and chimney patch. The HuggyPRO tents keep sand, dust and water outside and are easy to clean and disinfect to keep a clean hospital environment. Accommodation With a width of 6m, the HuggyPRO tents provide efficient space to place field beds or bunk beds opposite each other. Depending on the type of sleeping systems used, a HuggyPRO 48 can accommodate 6 to 24 people. With partition wall curtains, the space can be divided in different areas. The internal comfort can be improved by adding an inner tent in hot and or humid climates or a winter liner and stove or hot air heating system in cold weather conditions. The winter liner comes with insulating flooring tiles for added comfort. High comfort thanks to advanced ventilation Made of reusable and recyclable materials.

4 5 Office, staff tent, command post Recreation, mess tent Technical specifications Internal climate The HuggyPRO tents offer wall to wall walking height, making it a very suitable tent used as office of command post. Fitted with solid floor tiles and partition wall curtains, office cubicles can be created. The large windows along the side walls provide a lot of natural light and the ventilation windows assure fresh air under any weather condition. The 6m wide free space offers plenty of space for all kind of activities and uses. Used as a dining hall, a HuggyPRO 48 fits enough tables and chairs to feed 36 people comfortably. A HuggyPRO 72 can fit almost double the amount of people. A HuggyPRO tent can be used as kitchen tent as well, with the possibility to remove one of the gable covers. The other end can be directly positioned to the dining tent for easy distribution of food. The large HuggyPRO 72 or combined with several HuggyPRO 24 or 48 make a spacious and comfortable staff camp. Tent, 24 m² / 48 m² / 72 m², lightweight tubular steel frame structure. Floor size: 6 x 4 m / 6 x 8 m / 6 x 12 m (+/-2%) Central height outer tent: 2.98 m (+/-2%) Wall height outer tent: 2.05 m (+/-2%). Structural performance Wind load resistance 100 km/h The wind load resistance is tested in the wind tunnel of CSTB in Nantes, France. The tent passed 100 km/h when it failed due to broken tension lock buckles attaching the gable ends to the frame structure. In the final tent design, the plastic tension-lock buckles are replaced by heavy-duty military grade tension-lock buckles with 3 times the breaking strength. It is to be expected that the tent will pass 110 km/h in the wind tunnel. Wind force is measured at 10m height. At ground level, the wind load is 15 to 20% less, depending on environmental conditions. This means that in field deployment conditions, the tents can handle extreme high wind force of 110 120 km/h, based on the current wind tunnel testing. Snow load resistance Instead of a structural analysis of the frame structure, we have chosen for an actual field test where by the frame structure has been stress tested for a week with a downforce load of 320 kgf/m2. After the week, the frame components have been checked for deforming and possible cracks in welds and pipe ends. No errors where found. Internal illumination Under normal daylight conditions, the windows in the standard liner of the tent pass enough light to illuminate the interior to 500 lux. During clouded days or at night, artificial lighting is required, such as the electrical lighting kits. Ventilation The tent liner is fitted with large ventilation grates to allow adequate ventilation. Please follow the Operation Instructions for ventilation, especially during cold and wet weather conditions. Internal climate The shade net and the heat reflecting properties of the tent liner foresee maintaining an internal temperature of 21 C in hot weather conditions with the use of air conditioning. If not available, an internal temperature of equal or just below the outside temperature will be reached. During cold weather conditions, it is recommended to use an insulating winter liner inside the tent, and heat the tent with a stove. If not available, an internal temperature of equal or just above the outside temperature will be reached. Noise The standard liner is tensioned over and secured to the frame structure in such a way that buffering is minimized. Warehousing, distribution The spacious and fast deployable HuggyPro tents are very suitable for in-field warehousing and distribution. The height of the tents even allow entry to smaller size forklift trough the triple roll-up doors. For distribution purposes, the full gable ends can be removed. Nursery / Classroom The external support frame for the Shade net and the way the Shade net is tensioned over the frame is constructed in such a way that buffering is minimized. Colors Outer liner white Pantone 11-0601 TCX Groundsheet light grey Pantone 16-4703 TCX Trimmings black.

6 7 Features Frame structure The frame structure is made of modular components, making the assembly easy to understand. All tent sizes are constructed from the same 5 components. To prevent deforming of the frame in extreme high winds, the tent is supplied with a set of bracing cables. 12/24/36 Roof pipes, silver color, lightweight high tensile steel, galvanized and powder coated, diameter 38 mm, wall thickness 1.5 mm. 9/15/21 Corner joints, silver color, high tensile steel, diameter 38 mm & thickness 1.5 mm, press-formed, galvanized and powder coated 6/10/14 Standing pipes with foot plate, silver color, lightweight high tensile steel, galvanized and powder coated, diameter 38 mm, wall thickness 1.5 mm. Base plate size 75 x 155mm, thickness 3 mm. 4/8/12 Horizontal base pipes, silver color, lightweight high tensile steel, galvanized and powder coated, diameter 38 mm, wall thickness 1.5 mm, with twist-lock connector pins at the ends. 6 Frame extension pipes, silver color, lightweight high tensile steel, galvanized and powder coated, diameter 38 mm, wall thickness 1.5 mm. 4/4/8 Bracing cables. Tent outer liner The liner of the tent is constructed out of two parts, the main tent cover and two gable end covers. The tent cover is constructed with a minimum of seams, whereby the main seams, reinforcement bands and tension panels are heat welded for added strength and full waterproofness instead of stitching. All seams that are stitched and exposed to water penetration, the seams are heat sealed on the inside with special weather resistant tape. All stress points are reinforced and tested stitching patterns are used for optimal tear strength. The tent liner is attached to the frame structure with adjustable webbing tension bands and Velcro loops. Thanks to the tension bands, the tent liner is fully tensioned of the frame to prevent buffering in wind or collecting water or snow on the roof. Features Windows 4/8/12 in sidewalls, made of durable UV resistant PVC coated polyester mesh. Size of windows: 120 x 120 cm (+/-2cm). Transparent PVC film roll-up cover flap closed with Velcro and oversized PE roll-up cover flap closed with toggles/eyelets. The cover flaps can be extended outwards and fixed to the guy ropes protecting the windows against direct sunlight. Doors Triple doors on each gable end. The center door and left and right neighboring doors measuring 100 x 205 cm (H) ± 2 cm. The roll-up doors are closed with heavyduty 10mm block zipper and loop/toggles in case the zippers fail. The center door can be placed on poles and secured with guy ropes to create a sun or rain shielded entrance. Ventilation grates Above each window, PVC coated polyester mesh, clear PVC film cover flap closed with Velcro, size 120 x 20 cm. The ventilation grates are protected against sun and rain by the roof extension panel. Triangle ventilation grates are placed in top of the gable ends, made from PVC coated polyester mesh and with clear PVC film cover flap closed with Velcro, adjustable via pull ropes. Size 120 x 60 cm. Shade net The tents come with standard shade net with an external steel support frame to keep the shade net at 40cm from the outer liner for optimal performance. The support frame and shade net are strongly secured to the main frame structure and can handle high wind load up to 100 km/h. Guy ropes and tensioners The guy ropes fitted to the tent and shade net are braided with reflective band to make them visible at night. The guy ropes are fixed to the strong attachment points on the tent with steel spring loaded shock absorbers to reduce the tension on the attachment points and anchoring stakes in heavy gusty wind conditions, color is dark grey. Pocket holder A pocket holder is fitted inside the gable cover to store a full set of instructions. The pocket holder is printed with user instructions to identify the content. Operating instructions are printed directly on the gable panels for instant reference.

8 9 Features Air vent Each gable end is fitted with air vent to allow duct of air-conditioning or heating device to enter the tent interior. The air vent cuff has a draw cord to fit the cuff tightly around the duct. In case the air vent is not used, it can be sealed off from the outside with a cover on Velcro. Chimney patch Both gable ends are fitted with a chimney patch to allow safe passing of a flue pipe through the liner canvas. Safe heating and stove installation instructions are supplied with each tent. Cable inlets To bring electricity inside the tent for lighting or other uses, cable inlets are fitted in the eave corners of the gable covers. The cable inlet feature cuffs with draw cord to assure weatherproof passing of cables. Groundsheet The tents are supplied with a detachable groundsheet. The bathtub style groundsheet has 30cm high side walls. The groundsheet is securely connected to the tent liner with toggles and loops. At the entrances is the groundsheet fitted with fold flat thresholds to prevent tripping and easy entry for challenged persons or in and out rolling of carts and hospital beds. The groundsheet can be removed when not required, for example when the tent is used for distribution of food and goods. In case the underground is not stable or uneven for the tent to be used as office or medical facility for example, a hard floor kit can be placed, under the groundsheet (medical) or on top. Anchoring For safe anchoring of the tent, a set of spikes, stakes and a hammer are supplied to anchor the footplates of the frame structure and the guy ropes. A set of J-pegs are supplied to fix the parameters of the tent liner to the underground to keep water, dust and sand out. Better is to bury the mud flaps with weighted pockets in the ground for added anchoring strength and full sealing of the tent. In case the soil on the site does not provide enough grip on the spikes and stakes to be secure in extreme weather conditions, consider an alternative anchoring method or anchoring on top of a concrete slab, as described in the Safe Siting Instructions. Features Repair kit The tents are supplied with a comprehensive set of repair materials and instructions to be able to maintain and repair the tents in even the most remote parts of the world.
