YOUR DETAILED ITINERARY Day 1: International Arrival Kilimanjaro - Arusha We will Meet & Greet you upon arrival at the airport. Our Representative will help you with your luggage and join you for your transfer to your Overnight Hotel in Arusha. Accommodation on Bed & Breakfast. Day 2: Arusha Tarangire national park After a good night s sleep, you will have breakfast at your hotel. Meet your private guide and drive to Tarangrie national park. Lunch at your Camp. Afternoon explore Tarangrie on an afternoon game drive. Dinenr and overnight at your Camp. Day 3: Tarangire national park Full day game drive Tarangire after breakfast. Picnic lunches provided. In the afternoon leave the park and visit of an authentic Masai Village before ehading back to your Camp. Dinner and overnight. Day 4: Tarangire national park Lake Natron Breakfast at your Camp. Drive to Lake Natron and arrival in time for lunch. Afternoon activities at Lake Natron organized by your Camp. Activities included are Engare Sero Water Falls Hike, Bird watching walk, Flamingo Lake walk, swimming in one of the many natural pools surrounding the Camp, Hominid Footprints walks and Sundowners. Dinner and overnight at your Camp. Day 5: Lake Natron Morning and afternoon activities at Lake Natron organized by your Camp. Activities included are Engare Sero Water Falls Hike, Bird watching walk, Flamingo Lake walk, swimming in one of the many natural pools surrounding the Camp, Hominid Footprints walks and Sundowners. All meals at your Camp. Day 6: Lake Natron Northern Serengeti/Lobo Enjoy an early breakfast before setting off to Northern Serengeti. Arrival at your Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive Serengeti. Dinner and overnight. Day 7: Northern Serengeti/Lobo Morning and afternoon game drive through Northern Serengeti. All meals at your Lodge. Overnight. Day 8: Northern Serengeti/Lobo South/Central Serengeti Departure for an extended game drive to South-Central Serengeti after early breakfast. Picnic lunch stop enroute. Day 9: South/Central Serengeti Morning and afternoon game drive through Central and Southern Serengeti. All meals at your Camp. Overnight. Day 10: South/Central Serengeti Ngorongoro/Karatu Morning game drive after breakfast. Head to Olduvai Gorge where you will discosver the Gorge during a short walk. Picnic lunches provided after the walk. Continue to Karatu, the gate to Ngorongoro and arrival at your Lodge in the afternoon. Time at leisure to relax. Dinner and overnight. Day 11: Ngorongoro/Karatu Breakfast and departure for a full day game drive within the Ngorongoro Crater. Picnic lunches. Arrival back at your Karatu property in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight. Day 12: Ngorongoro/Karatu Saadani national park Breakfast at your Lodge. Drive to Manyara Airport for your scheduled flight to Saadani. Your Camp Guide will pick you up from the airstrip and arrival at your Camp in time for lunch. On this day you will enjoy an afternoon activity in Saadani. Possible activites are game drives, canoe tours, visit of the Marine park or simply strawling along the beach and swimming. Dinner at your Camp. Day 13-14: Saadani national park Enjoy morning an afternoon activities in Saadani. Day 15: Saadani national park Dar es Salaam / International Departure After a relaxing time in Saadani you will have a private transfer to Dar es Salaam. The conservation area is also home to the Masai people and their cattle, who co-exist with the abundant wildlife in a unique ecosystem. A visit to the Ngorongoro Crater combines well with a visit to Lake Manyara National Park as these two game parks border each other. Payment Policy All cancellations must be given in writing. 30% of the total cost at confirmation to secure rooms. Remaining 70% of total cost 60 days prior to tour commencement. The company shall not be liable for any loss either in part or in full for booked services due to failure to adhere to above terms. 3. Passenger Information: Soft-sided luggage or duffels are preferable to hard luggage for storage on safari vehicles within East Africa. Large suitcases of dimensions greater than 24"x 17"x 7" are impossible to store in vehicles and on aircraft and should not be used. (Baggage and personal effects are at owner's risk throughout the tour and baggage insurance for members is strongly advised). 4. Variation in rates: African Dunes may alter the contract rates in writing in case of changes in park entrance fees and other levies and taxes.
