If participant cancels by July 1st, half of the registration fee will be refunded. Cancellations after July 28, 2016 will not be refunded. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the arts & craft show, by my signature below, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all Claims for damages or death, personal injury or property damage which I may have, or which may accrue to me and Caring for Gods Kids, INC., including but not limited to its employees, agents, affiliates, and volunteers, from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the The Arts & Craft Show related activities. The Caring for Gods Kids, INC. reserves all rights of any and all photos or videos taken at the arts & craft show. Registration Here is what is covered in the registration fee that you pay which is not refundable at any time. A. 4 parking permits inside the event in the vendors parking lot B. 4 arm bands for employees or family C. Your name or company name will be in the following prior to the event starting. 1) Web site 2) Belton Journal, Temple Daily Telegram, Killeen Daily Herald, Salado Village Voice, Cove Herald, Waco Tribune-Herald. Your name or company name on in the Temple Telegram, & Belton Journal 3) All program flyers pass out at the gates for our guest and to other vendors. This information with have your location at the event so people can find you. Rules Applies to all vendors and are designed to address the event space set-up and conduct. PROTECTIVE REGULATIONS: A. There will be no holes made in any fashion to the Bend O the River Park area. B. Your canopies may be setup and are suggested that you anchor your tent and awnings with the use of sand bags or weights, or stakes or other means to keep them from moving. C. Motorized vehicles are allowed into the event area only for the purpose of loading and unloading equipment and supplies during the hours specified in the schedule for load-in and load-out. D. Do remember that you may not enter in to the other vendor s area. There is a small gap that will allow customers are your area on both sides. E. Your entire setup must fit within the area size that you purchased on the entry form. F. Teams will be held financially responsible for any damages caused to the Bend 'O River Park of Temple, Texas or any structure, landscape, building, etc. within the event area. Beer or Alcohol or Wine 1) Due to laws that govern events and liquor licenses issued in the State of Texas no outside alcohol sales allowed inside the event area. We will be sell all the alcoholic beverages 2) There will be no sale to the public from you tent or your area, or the consumption of your event personnel or family members. 3) Please do not have alcohol in were the public can see it in your assigned area. 4) If you stay at park at night in your camper or tent this okay. There will be no drinking or driving in the park area. Fire Regulation & Safety A. We require that you have at least a fire extinguisher at you booth area B. We also require that you have at least a fire extinguisher at you camping area C. Due to the dry condition in August we require this for safety. TEAM CONDUCT AND PUBLIC SAFETY Caring for Gods Kids, Inc. Copyrighted @ 2016 Page 3

1) You will be held responsible for the conduct of your family and guest or employees 2) We want each team to have a good time, and want a good atmosphere for all who attend 3) Inappropriate conduct shall be avoided you are expected to cooperate with all event staff and volunteers 4) Under no circumstances will alcohol be sold to the public from you vendor are or your camping area 5) No live bands will be allowed vendors areas at any time during the event, Unless already ask by the Teddy Bear BBQ cook-off staff and has been setup prior to the event 6) There shall be NO amplified music or loud noise after 8pm 7) Any vendors playing excessively loud music or other sounds will be requested to turn down the volume. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Teddy Bears BBQ & Music Regulation: A. The sale, distribution or promotion of any goods, services, products, promotional items, souvenirs, t-shirts is only permitted in your area. B. There are no sales outside your paid area, this mean no walking to find customers C. No fundraising activities of any kind are allowed in the designated in our event or the surround area. Unless you have prior approval by the Caring for Gods Kids, Inc. Staff and have set this up in advance of event. D. This event if produce by Caring for Gods Kids, Inc, a 501 c 3 Non-profit and all funds go to this charity. E. Teddy Bears BBQ Organizing Committee has the reserve the right to make any additional regulations as the situation warrants. Weather & Land conditions 1) In the event of bad weather conditions the event will still proceed and no refunds will be given 2) Be prepared if standing water in your area from rainstorms will cause a problem, please plan accordingly. 3) If the weather is too bad and not safe to have, this event we will hold all funds and rescheduling this event for a better time. 4) Not all sites will be perfectly level. Try to plan for this by bringing an appropriate amount of leveling blocks and materials to properly secure your tables of other items 5) You must leave your area as you found it. It is not allowed to move the dirty or grass to make you area level. Security and Police presents A. The Temple Police Department has been contacted to make security checks and to stay in the park for safety B. There is off duty police offers from Bell County s Sheriff s departments hired for a 24 hrs. coverage C. The overnight security has been coordinated through the Teddy Bears BBQ Organizing Committee in conjunction with the Temple Police Department, Bell County Sheriff s Department Caring for Gods Kids, Inc. or the Teddy Bears BBQ Organizing Committee WILL NOT be held responsible for any theft, act of violence, or vandalism that may take place. Utility & Water Availability 1) Water will be for sale at the office in the park 2) Ice will be for sale at the office in the park 3) Electricity: 20 amps will be made available to every space for a fee a. No extension cords will be provided b. Power strips and heavy-duty extension cords are encouraged but you may be asked to limit the amount of items you have plugged into one circuit 4) Personal Power Generator are allowed but must be keep quiet & in a smoke free area a. Any generator that fails this restriction will be turn off by the staff of Teddy Bear BBQ & Music Festival these will not be allow turn the back on and must be removed. b. Failures to comply will be ask to leave and no refunds made. You will be escorted off by the Temple Police Department staff. A. Tent setup or trailer Your spot will only allow you to have the following items: Team Members will not be able to park next to your spot or in your spot. We have assigned areas that other competitors have paid for. We must be able to keep the area open for fire trucks or ambulances & police to get thru. This is in conjunction with the Temple Fire Department. Your team member will have an assigned parking area with all the other vendors and competitors. This are will be behind a fence and doesn t have public access. You can only get thru a security guard to get in this area. Team members and or Family There is only four parking passes in your registration fee application. Use them as need there will not be any more handed out or sold. This is to keep all the other vendors and competitors to have parking spots for their personnel. If your group needs to come and go we will have a separate spot open outside the gates for your needs. This is for family to park and go get items from the store or food outside the festival area. Please use your time wisely when seating up to make sure you have all items and to have all items in your space that you area assigned. The vendors and competitor s setup times and leave time will be: A. Friday the gates will open at 6:30am then will close at 10 am this will be a no vehicles time till 6pm B. Saturday & Sunday the gates will open at 6:30am then will close at 8 am this will be a no vehicles time till 6pm Caring for Gods Kids, Inc. Copyrighted @ 2016 Page 5

This will be enforced by the Temple Police and staff members. This is to give our guest the area free of dust and vehicle from moving thru the dangers zones of public areas. Anyone not following these rules will be escorted out of the area by the Temple Police Department and will not be allowed to come back. OVERVIEW & REQUIREMENTS: 1) This is sanctioned by the Caring for Gods Kids, Inc and all of the Teddy Bears BBQ Organizing current rules and regulations will apply to Teddy Bears BBQ & Music Festival. 2) A minimum 10 X 10 $15.00 fee plus a $25.00 Registration fees is required with the submission of an entry form. 3) The entry fee will provide a team with a predetermined 10 x 10 size area, entry into the Teddy Bears BBQ & Music Festival. 4) Additional space is available at an added charge 5) All spots will be assigned on a first come first serve basis 6) No open pits or holes are permitted. Fires shall not be built on the ground. This applies in the camper area or in your assigned spot due to the Parks Rules & dry conditions CONTESTANT RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Dumpsters will be at select locations throughout the event area. B. Please place your trash in these approved containers C. You must keep you area clean and neat at all times even if it s not your trash on the ground D. This is to keep this beautiful park clean and safe for all CAUSES FOR DISQUALIFICATION & EVICTION 1) Team is responsible its team members and its guests 2) Excessive use of any alcoholic beverages or any public intoxication with a disturbance in your area 3) Serving alcoholic beverages to the general public 4) Use of illegal controlled substances 5) Foul, abusive, or unacceptable language or any language causing a disturbance 6) Excessive noise, including but not limited to that generated from speakers, such as radios, CD players, TVs, public address systems or amplifying equipment, will not be allowed during quiet time, designated to start at 8:00 p.m. on contest nights and will last until 7:00 a.m. unless otherwise determined by the event. 7) Fighting and/or disorderly conduct.
