Registration and Information Package Introduction The Florida Airports Council s Facilities and Safety Committee and the newly formed Information Technology Committee are teaming together this year to present informative sessions on Airport Facilities and Safety Issues and Airport Information Technology. As with the previous two years, the Facilities Conference is geared to provide electricians, maintenance technicians, airfield workers, and department level supervisors an opportunity for recurrent training and peer networking with other airport professionals in the specialized field of facilities maintenance. The Information Technology Conference is targeted at anyone who interacts with technology in an Airport environment including decision makers, end users, and information technology professionals and technicians. While the Conference will provide two distinct tracks, each with unique breakout sessions, there will be two combined general sessions that should be of interest to both groups of attendees: Hurricane Disaster Recovery and the Florida Airports Maintenance System (FAMS) Initiative. In addition, the exhibit hall and all social functions will be held in common. Additionally, this year, the Facilities and Information Technology committees are offering five showcase sessions. These showcase sessions will feature vendor demonstrations of their products and/or services. Please join us for this worthwhile opportunity. We look forward to seeing you there!

This year the Florida Airports Council Facilities and Safety Committee, and the newly formed Information Technology Committee, have joined to present informative sessions on airport facilities and safety issues as well as airport information technology direction and challenges. The conference is tailored for Airport Facilities personnel who deal with daily maintenance and for anyone who interacts with Information Technology (IT) in an airport environment, including end users and IT professionals. The focus of the conference will center on various Facilities and IT issues that airport and supporting industries face on a day-to-day basis.
