Thai Poultice Experience 1 hour 20 minutes Here at One Spa our poultices are filled with a mixture of herbs, tied into tight pouches, steamed, then rhythmically stamped, kneaded and rocked over the body. Pregnancy We have specially designed Spa Treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow the Spa Team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. Please be aware that you are not permitted to use the Thermal Suite or Hydropool if you are pregnant. Cancellation For all Spa Treatments please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge cancellation within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge. For all Spa Days and Spa Breaks please allow 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge: cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. What To Bring Towels, slippers and robes are provided. Hotel Guests are welcome to arrive in their bedroom robe and slippers. Please bring appropriate swimwear if you intend using the Thermal Suite, Hydropool and Swimming Pool. See Escape at One for more information. Spa Suggestions We would advise that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your first Spa Treatment to allow sufficient time to check-in, change into your robe and familiarise yourself with One Spa. However, if you intend experiencing Escape at One, it is advisable to allow at least 60 minutes before or after your treatment appointment(s) so that you can reach optimum relaxation. As a courtesy to all our guests we do operate a prompt appointment schedule. A late arrival may mean that your treatment time is reduced or that we are unable to honour your booking. Spa Etiquette The ethos at One Spa is one of relaxation and calm. Please respect the peace and tranquillity of other guests, as well as their privacy. With the exception of the Spa Café, mobile phones/tablets must remain on silent within the Spa.
