about us about us Company Introduction Kent Dayanikli Tuketim Mallari Ltd Sti. manufactures handy and special design cooking appliances which first started with mini ovens in 1974, and continued with table top cookers in 1985 and then standing cookers added to product range in 1993. Factory moved to Corlu Industrial Zone which is 120 km far from Istanbul Ataturk Airport in 2007 on a 33,000 m 2 land with an integrated production plant and with more than 300 workers, and continues its production for 250.000 pieces free standing cookers. Well known brand is FIESTA. We also make OEM production for our customers brands. Kent-Fiesta continues to grow and to produce the best cookers which are successfully sold in local market (Turkey) and in more than 80 other countries in U.K., Europe, Balkan Countries, Baltic Countries, Russia, Central Asia, Middle East, North Africa and Africa. COOL DOOR ADVANTAGES OF COOL DOOR Second (inner glass) is easily removable by sliding up (for cleaning purposes). Very wide window with large inner sight. This wide visibility ensures visual control of food during baking process. The bottom and up parts of front door, between 2 glasses, is open for self-ventilation. TURBO FAN Provides oven with homogenous circulation of heat around the food in the oven. Therefore, reduces the pre-heating time, and also makes simultaneous baking of two trays possible. Unique feature of this application on FIESTA is that: Turbo fan can be used at any oven function selected (grill, up or down element, up+down element) anytime, with an independent on / off switch control. WOK BURNER A designated, triple crown gas burner heats the wok at an accelerated rate, which allows you to prepare your dishes within minutes. Vegatables will be crispy and cooked just right and will retain more vitamins, minerals and other nutrients compared to food cooked in a conventional way. 12
