Our home is located on one of the highest points on LBI and had no damage from Hurricane Sandy. There are three floors with magnificent ocean views. An open reverse living design offers a living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on the top floor including an 180 degree ocean front wrap around fiberglass deck with lounge chairs and outside table and chairs. Our home includes early morning sunrise views over the ocean and sunset views over Barnegat Bay. The second floor sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twins) plus 2 bathrooms including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom including jacuzzi tub and separate shower. 3 bedrooms have ocean views and direct access to a covered deck. This floor also includes a laundry and utility room with washer and dryer. The ground floor includes the entrance way, 3 car enclosed garage, beach chairs, private outside hot and cold water showers, gas grill, paved patio with outside table plus additional pole and foot showers.

Why the Owner Chose North Beach Haven, Long Beach Township, NJ, USA: We bought our ocean front home in Brant Beach, NJ because it was near our residence in Berkeley Heights, NJ. At the time we both worked at AT&T and used our LBI home on weekends and for vacations until AT&T assigned us to jobs in Hong Kong for 7 years. When we returned to the US, we moved to Sarasota, FL. We still have family and friends in and around NJ and use LBI as a family gathering place.
