Then, during the afternoon, you will be in awe of the beauty of the Arabic desert as you ride beyond the desert dunes via the Desert Safari. Pre-meeting and trip briefing: On this tour, we will give a short briefing about the itinerary at the hotel on the same day of your arrival together with your group leader. Accommodation: During the trip you will have your hotel accommodation at the best location having all the necessary establishments or malls at a walking distance or maybe a 15 minute drive. Single supplement: All accommodations are based on double occupancy. If you prefer single accommodations, you must pay a single supplement fee, which you can discuss with the company representative during the pre-meeting. However, it would be better if you can advise this preference in advance since hotels in Dubai are busy throughout the year and you may not find an available room during your arrival, Food and Drink: Buffet breakfast is offered at the hotel accommodation during the duration of this trip. Both vegetable and non-vegetable dishes are served during the mornings. You also have an option of having tea or coffee in your room as it is an amenity. Bottled waters are also provided. Daily feature of hotel accommodation: A wake up call can be requested at around 6:30 since breakfast is usually served from 7 until 9 in the morning. Make sure to prepare everything that you need for the day s tour before breakfast as the pick-up timings are usually between 8:30 to 9 am. If your tour is done for the day, you can take the afternoon or the evening at your leisure and discover more the hidden beauty of Dubai. Acclimatization: Keep in mind that though will be travelling mostly by land and at least 1 tour will be a cruise in the creek and 1 with desert dune bashing, it is important to alert our staff if you are not feeling well to ensure that illness does not progress. We also advise that extra caution should be taken before undergoing any other activities or you can always ask for assistance from our representative or any other staff present on the venue. Safety & Security: We recommend the use of a belt bag or neck wallet for your valuable like passport, air tickets and cash. You can also carry a light bag or back pack during the tour. Just choose whatever is suitable and comfortable for you while travelling. Wear minimal jewelry while on tour, otherwise hotel rooms that we use have safety deposit boxes and you can store your valuables inside with a security code chosen by you only. Locks are also advised to be put on your luggage. Health & Medical Advice: You should consult with your doctor for up-to-date medical information before you are travelling. We recommend that you carry a First Aid kit as well as any personal medical requirements although our representative and venues of the tours are having it as well. Medical Supplies: The supplies listed here are basic for a normal medical kit. If your doctor makes recommendations contrary to the suggestions here, follow your doctor's advice, and obtain substitutes for these items. It is not necessary to burden yourself with a lot of medicines for the tour, though you should carry enough to take care of minor problems. The ones listed here are sufficient for most situations. comfortable footwear can be carried. You can also bring your own pair of slippers. Don t forget your toiletries, underwear, personal medical supplies if any, camera or video recorder.
