Please remember - always fill your holes! HAPPY TIDBITS Mindy Spiroch represented the club very well in her interview on the local news on WPBF 25. She was interviewed about metal detecting. This interview was related to a story on a Boca Raton man who was trying to get a lease to search for buried treasure in a county park. AMERICAN DIGGER MAGAZINE I will be happy to donate a subscription prize and send along some copies. Not sure how many, but I'll see what I can do. Please let your members know we welcome submissions of photos of recent finds for Just Dug. We especially seek items that are not Civil War, as we get so many of those. I'm sure your club members are digging some interesting historical relics along the coast. We also invite articles about digging, research, preserving and displaying. Our Writer's Guidelines are on our web site. No need to be a professional writer. We have editors that make submissions something the author will be proud of. Best regards, Anita Holcombe Marketing Director www.americandigger.com The End of 2011 and The Beginning of 2012 I would like to take this time to thank everyone in the Club for allowing me to give my Tip Of The Month. I hope that I have at least helped just one of our members with one of my tips and that it was used to get them some silver or maybe even gold. As we go into next year let us hope that it brings us more treasures so we can bring them to the Tall Tales Table and show to everyone that they too can find the hidden treasure out there. I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and may all your dreams come true. Until next time, this is Jim Sharp Beep Beep.
