A couple trees will be removed to make room for new electrical control panels. The sewer access is also being updated. The purpose of these updates is to help eliminate back up of sewage in WF in the event of major storms. According to Brevard county records, this is the first update since the beginning of Wickham Forest. Ed Clark, Treasurer (321) 292-1946 Pam Clark, Admin Asst. (321) 432-4031 Architectural Review Committee Carol Theiler, Chairperson (321) 259-7400 Members: Susie Nichols Linda Beckwith Bob Bruno Georgette McWilliams Bernadette Pinto (alt) Wickham Forest Website http://www.wickhamforest.com William Bumgarner, Webmaster 1

As we all strive to keep Wickham Forest beautiful, sometimes notices must be sent out to keep our covenants upheld. Most violations are unintentional, and easily fixed. The board knows nobody enjoys receiving a violation notice, and it s a difficult job sending them out. We all agreed to live in a deed restricted community, please help the board keep our area a beautiful place to live. Violation Type 1st 2nd 3rd Fines Garbage Cans 1 Mowing 1 Parking 1 2 Yard Waste 1 Rental Non Compliance Shutters 2 Teamwork Makes the Dream Work Vegetation 2 ARC 2 Ladder 1 Are you interested in taking an active role in our community? If you are now is your chance! The Wickham Forest HOA is looking for new board members to throw their hats in the ring and run for a spot on the board of directors. As we all know, our board is composed of neighbors just like us, that work together to uphold our covenants and maintain the neighborhood. This year our distinguished secretary, Ashley Bumgarner, will not be seeking reelection. Her contributions to the newsletter have been tremendous, and she will be greatly missed. If you think you have some amazing new ideas and a passion for the place you live, then you re just the candidate Wickham Forest deserves! Our ARC and welcoming committees are also looking for volunteers. Architectural Review Committee: This committee approves changes that homeowners want to make to their homes appearance. The ARC ensures cohesion of the community's appearance. Welcoming Committee: The welcoming committee greets new neighbors and delivers goodies that the committee will collect from local businesses that want to donate such as possible discounts and advertisements. 2

Newsletter UPDATE: After the topic of newsletter distribution was discussed at the 2018 annual meeting, the board has been exploring different ways to get information to you. Many residents had mentioned that the newsletter should only be a few issues per year that are mailed out directly to homes. The board tried to put out a new issue bimonthly, but found it doesn't get time sensitive information distributed the way it needs to be. Therefor after several months of trial and error, we have decided that a monthly newsletter is a necessity. The new goal of Wickham Forest Living is to be distributed by the 5th of every month. Thank you all for being patient while we have worked on turning the newsletter into a functional news source. In the future residents can look forward to communications that keep them informed on what's happening in their neighborhood. The website is also a great tool the board is utilizing to get new information out to residents about what's happening in our community. Honorable Mentions Residents who would like Forest Run Dr to be resurfaced are encouraged to contact the City of Melbourne at engineering@mlbfl.org or (321) 608-7300. Only with strong outreach will the City consider this project. Signs around the conservation area will be going up in the near future. The City of Melbourne does not allow Golf Carts and ATVs to be driven on public roadways. It is against City ordinance 316.1945 to park your vehicle in a way that blocks the sidewalks, residents in WF utilize wheelchairs and need a clear path to get around. Please be considerate of your neighbors and leave a path. Mold and mildew evaluations will happen in mid-november, please take advantage of the break in the heat to maintain your lovely homes. The Board will be inspecting for mildew on roofs, homes, fences, driveways, curbs, and sidewalks. Letters will be sent out at the end of November. WELCOME BOB AND JUNE 3

October WFHOA Board of Directors meeting minutes. The meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM with a quorum in attendance : Mary Greenfield, Ed Clark, Kevin Rozanski, and Nancy Phillips Meeting attended by Administrative assistant, and 2 WF Residents. 1. A meeting with the HOA attorney confirmed that a developer cannot force Wickham Forest into giving them access to Forest Run. Any access to the front land will be essentially decided by the board and homeowners. 2. Discussion resumed on allowing tree swings to be installed in front of homes. The opinion of the board and all present was that allowing one type of play equipment would open the doors to other pieces of equipment that could be objectionable by residents. Ed put forth a motion to uphold the covenants as written. The motion was 2nded by Mary. 3. Recording meeting minutes by new software called Dragon Speak was discussed. A motion by Kevin was put forth to research costs, and 2nded by Ed. 4. In order to let the neighborhood see all the violations that are going out, Ashley motioned that a chart be inserted in the newsletter displaying violations. Motion was 2nded. 5. Treasurer Ed Clark requested any special funds requests the board might have at this time. None were requested. 6. Annual meeting is scheduled for February 20th 2018. A room needs to be secured for the event. The agenda also needs to be posted 30 days ahead of the annual meeting. 7. Christmas decorating contest will be held on Dec 23 at 7pm 8. Concerns were raised about the effectiveness of our new landscaping crew. The possibility of looking for a new company was discussed. 9. City needs to meet with the HOA regarding the outfall box. There has been trouble getting ahold of the city to get this meeting scheduled. 10. The board discussed replacing the message board at the front of the neighborhood that was vandalized in the past. More research needs to be done on the topic. 11. Financial report was shared by Ed and approved by the Board. Violation numbers were shared. 12. Motion set forth by Ed to adjourn the meeting and 2nded by Mary. 4
