She had no money and her cell phone was shut off. She also had her 1-1/2 year old daughter with her. Transported them to the Sunapee Police Department so she could make phone calls. Brought them into the interview room so the child could watch a movie. They were in the PD for approximately 3.5 hours until a family member arrived to get them. RP posted a "gravel bike" for sale and received an email advising the RP he was going to send a check through the mail. RP advised him that it was cash only. RP received the check for $2,380.00 anyway. RP called the bank in Minneapolis where the check originated from and was advised they have been having issues with scammers and to shred the check. RP just wanted the information to be entered into a NH database. I had stopped there for coffee at 1900 and saw them seated in the Dunkin Donuts. Contacted the mother of one of the juveniles and she told me her child had permission to be out until 11 but said that she should head home.
