When will I get the tickets I bought over the phone/online? A. Your tickets will be sent to you no later than two weeks prior to the event. Q: Do I need to purchase a seat for my child if they can sit on my lap? A: Children aged two years and younger will not need their own seat but any children aged three and over will require their own seat and ticket. We reserve the right to request proof of age for children who do not have their own seat. Q: What do I do if the concert is cancelled? A: If the event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded at face value. Service charges will also be refunded, but order processing fees will not be. We are working in partnership with the Metropolitan Police and all appropriate security measures have been taken. Q: What types of food and drink can I bring in? A: Only water in sealed, plastic bottles will be allowed into the stadium. Q: Are there any age restriction for this event? A: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 0-2 years go free as baby in arms in seated areas. Free entry for children 0-5 years when accompanied by a paying adult in the standing area. Q: Can I bring an umbrella? A: Umbrellas will be allowed into the venue, but we politely ask that they are not opened during the performance as it will impact others' enjoyment of the event.
