RESTRICTED GENERAL AGREEMENT ON « 1978 TARIFFS AND TRADE Special Distribution Committee on Anti-Dumping Practices Original: English/ French REPORTS (1978) ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF ANTI-DUMPING LAWS AND REGULATIONS 1. Under Article l6 of the Agreement on the Implementation of Article VI of GATT> each party to the Agreement shall report annually on the administration of its anti-dumping laws and regulations, giving summaries of the cases in which anti-dumping duties have been assessed definitively. 2. At its meeting in September 1969 s the Committee agreed on a standard form l for reports under Article 16 of the Agreement on the Implementation of Article VI (COM.AD/9, paragraphs 51-5 1 *). 3. At its meeting on 30 September-U October 197^ a the Committee agreed that in future the secretariat would invites during the month of June 9 members of the Committee to submit reports in accordance with Article 16 of the Agreement by the end of July (C0M.AD/3U 9 page l). h. Following the invitation by the secretariat (GATT/AIR/UNNUMBERED of 8 June 1978)3 the following parties to the Agreement have submitted reports covering the period 1 July 1977-30 June 1978: Australia Austria Czechoslovakia European Communities Finland Hungary Japan Norway Portugal Switzerland United Kingdom 4 5.
