OUR IMPACT This year, 21 million people, nearly half of them kids will come to the Y to learn, grow and thrive. We believe the values and skills learned early in life are vital building blocks for quality of life. Your child can discover his or her potential this summer at our summer camp! Our camp can help a child overcome fears and learn skills to enhance his or her life. Our young campers receive swimming lessons, not just to learn to swim, but to have the skills to remain safe in and around water. Cooperative games and activities allow kids to both thrive as leaders and work together! We build memories together that will last a lifetime. At the Y, kids learn to share, learn about sportsmanship, and most importantly, learn how to be themselves. That makes for confident kids today and contributing and engaged adults tomorrow. The Y makes strengthening our community our cause. Through the generosity of our members and community every kid, regardless of income or background, has an opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive at the Y! Together, we make a difference. 2
