Millennium Resort Mussannah Description & Facilities Hotels Date of Completion One-million square meter site, purpose built facility for the 2010 Muscat Asian Beach Games. Investment and Finance A 50-50 joint venture between OMRAN and DSME. Phase I is completed, the phase covers 23 hectares and consists of 250 furnished apartments, 94 furnished villas and a club house, with infrastructure and amenities Phase II which will be a mixed-use development covering 29 hectares and including about 527 residential units, a mosque, a school and a shopping mall with a hypermarket and entertainment facilities.
