The Year in Review Please list your greatest challenge this past year: Getting new members; Locating a wood supplier and keeping up with cutting and splitting wood (wood sales are a primary source of income); Keeping up with trail maintenance; Public outreach / getting the word out about FOPSP activities What do you view as the highlight or greatest accomplishment of the past year? Purchase and installation of the playground in the campground (Phase II) with financial support from PPFF; improvements to the trail system via our collaboration with the Keystone Trail and Mason Dixon Trail Associations. With the exception of photos, the following documents are required for our permanent files unless previously submitted: provided 2012 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) (updated 2010) - if not provided last year as required. 2013 Projects and Activities Service Projects: How Many Projects 392 Estimated Attendance 1000 Project Descriptions: Include recurring work days at the park, cleanups, any improvement projects at the park utilizing volunteers, outside service groups, etc. and dates held. Special work days: Fish habitat structure construction & installation, Playground equipment installation in campground, Trailcare Day. Recurring work days: Campground host coordination, campground maintenance, Firewood sales, General maintenance, Goats, Host Coordination, Trail maintenance, trail monitoring. FOPSP administrative tasks: misc. administrative, firewood, membership, playground, secretary, treasurer, t-shirts, volunteer hours, website.
