OUR STORY A gallery committed to sustainability, that feels like a private members club - Louis Vuitton City Guide 2016 In 2012, 19 Greek Street was launched as a space for experimentation and advancement in design. The gallery quickly became a hub for creative innovators and progressive minds. In between our own exhibitions, we have hosted numerous launch events, parties and pop-ups for prestigious brands in media, fashion, beauty, food and drink, and beyond. Let us help you tell your story.

THE SPACE 19 Greek Street is a six-floor Victorian townhouse nestled among Soho s sought-after private members clubs, hip bars and restaurants, and trendsetting boutiques. The space offers a flexible layout, which can be hired in full or in part, with a total capacity of 120 standing. The building lends itself brilliantly to pop-ups, product launches and brand presentations, as well as gallery shows for art and design. All rates are subject to VAT.

Terms of Payment Full payment of the Total Hire Fee (the Venue Hire Fee plus VAT) is to be received no later than 5 (five) working days prior to the commencement of the Hire Period. No access will be granted if funds are not cleared in the Owner s bank account. Penalty Charges If the Total Hire Fee is not received in full by the Owner, the following penalty charges will be deducted from the Security Bond: Payment not made within 5 (five) working days prior to the Event will incur a penalty charge of 250 + VAT. Payment not made within 48 hours prior to the Event will incur a penalty charge of 500 + VAT. Payment not made within 24 hours prior to the Event will incur a penalty charge of 750 + VAT. Security Bond In addition to the Total Hire Fee, a Security Bond of 50% of the Venue Hire Fee is due upon signing of our Contract for Hire. A booking will be considered confirmed when payment of the Security Bond has cleared in the Owner s bank account. The Bond is held for security purposes, to cover potential damages, necessary reinstatements and other additional charges detailed in our Contract for Hire. Unless contested, this Bond will be returned to the Hirer within 10 (ten) working days following the end of the Hire Period. If contested, the Bond will be returned less any deductions. Cleaning & Reinstatement A compulsory service fee is applied to all bookings to cover post event cleaning and reinstatement of The Premises, charged at 50 per hour. The final cost is dependent on the state of which The Premises is left. The charges will be deducted from the Security Bond, unless otherwise specified and agreed. Any repairs of damages incurred to The Premises during the Event, or other works/services needed due to negligence of The Hirer, which fall outside the expectations of reasonable wear and tear, will be discussed and quoted for separately.
