To contact the training room for time of operations or special needs, please call 915-747-5287 or 915-747-6800. In case of an emergency, please contact Head Athletic trainer, Dawn Hearn at home 915-584-6012. Directions to Sports Medicine Arrive on campus via the directions from below. Once on Glory Road, take your first right into the Durham Center. Proceed into the entrance of the building and follow the signs for Sports Medicine.
5 Training Times Please call 915-747-7186 to schedule training times. Please keep in mind that there are usually three teams in town and that all training times are on a first come basis. Directions are below. Locker Rooms Locker rooms are located in the Don Haskins Center. Please call 915-747-7186 or 915-203-7977 to request locker rooms and towels. Directions to the locker rooms are below. From Airport: Directions Take Airway Blvd South to I-10 West. Exit UTEP/Schuster. Go straight through light. Street becomes Sun Bowl drive. Follow Sun Bowl drive to Glory Road and take a right. You will see the Durham center Sports Medicine on your right hand side which is an attached building on the north side of the Sun Bowl stadium. After going right on Glory Road and going past the Durham center you will see the Don Haskins center on your left hand side right before Mesa Road. This is where our visiting locker rooms are located. If you continue on Sun Bowl drive past the Glory Road intersection, you will reach the Swimming and Fitness center on your left hand side, along with the Helen of Troy Complex. Continue through the parking lot and on your left will be the game field and behind that is the training field. From Mesa: Take Mesa south to Sun Bowl Drive. Turn right on Sun Bowl Drive by Luby s, then take your first right into the Swimming/ Fitness center parking lot. Continue through the parking lot and on your left will be the game field, with the training field behind that. The Sports Medicine Center can be found by continuing on Sun Bowl Drive past the Swimming/fitness to the Glory Road intersection where you will take a left and the Durham center will be located on your immediate right. After passing the Durham center on you right and continuing straight on Glory Road you will see the Don Haskins center on your left side before you get to Mesa Road where our visiting locker rooms are located.
6 *Alternative Locker rooms* In rare situations visiting teams will have to use the women s locker room in the Larry K Durham. They are located on the first floor in the women s general locker room.
