The only trade association to grow up with the cross-border capital market, ICMA continues to promote the development of efficient markets through its recognised codes of best practice for international fixed income and related instruments. ICMA has more than 461 member firms in 54 countries, ranging from the largest global investment banks to smaller retail banks and asset managers. Now in its 47 th year, the ICMA Annual General Meeting and Conference is one of the key events in the financial market calendar. The event is held in a different location every year. The ICMA AGM 2015 will be held in Amsterdam. Berlin 2014 The 2014 AGM, held at the InterContinental Hotel in the centre of Berlin in June, attracted more than 700 participants from global financial markets.
