Dave and Carol Waldecker from East China joined our group in June. We are very glad to have them in our club and look forward to seeing them at the next events. Meeting Minutes The meeting was called to order on May 20th at 4:05 PM. The club thanked Tim and Diane Brandt for hosting at their home. A motion was made by Frankie Hayes to accept the April minutes as posted in the May newsletter. The motion was seconded by Mitchell and was passed by all present Treasurer s Report The Treasurer s Report was not given since the treasurer was not present. The report will be given at the next meeting.

Old Business Keith Stieber reported that there was an inquiry as to how much it would cost to have club patches made. These MCCC patches could be sewn onto anything a member desired. A quantity of 10 = $247 ($24.70 ea.) a quantity of 50 = $279 ($5.58 ea.) a quantity of 100 = $319.25 ($3.19 ea.) After a group discussion, ordering 50 would be the most feasible, but all 50 would need to be spoken for, and paid for, before the club would consider an order. New Business Tim Brandt requested that the monthly club expenditures and financial balance be posted in the newsletter as was done previously to promote transparency in the club finances. The issue was tabled until the next meeting. Mike Hayes is hoping to plan a multi-day event near Manistee next year. This plan can be discussed at the 2019 planning meeting. 50/50 No drawing was held at this meeting. Adjournment Mitchell made the motion to adjourn at 4:30 P.M. It was seconded by Mike Hayes and approved by a majority show of hands.
